This is a nice little Greek place in the UNM area, but parking is not bad due to VERY strange parking lot shared by three different restaurants. Hard to get into, but at least you can park there for free. I really like the food. Souvlaki and gyros are very good. The combo gives you a very large salad, pita... More

Gyros is located near the University of New Mexico and offers great Greek food! Diners order at the counter and the food is brought to the table. The portions are very large and the prices are very reasonable. Opa!

The gyro meat and filling was delicious. The pita was not warmed up and too thick or flour tasting. The spanakopita was soggy and lacked fresh spinach taste, the cheese seemed to be granulated. Not so good. Thanks for reading. The Bike Chaplain

I Love the food here! I eat here often and have brought friends and family when they come to visit. Fav dish is the Double meat Gyros Combo. I could seriously eat them everyday. Reason for four stars and not five. The cashier that I always get always appears a little on the grumpy side, and the prices are just... More

We eat here about once a month. Food is outstanding and they don't skimp. The wait staff are wonderful. We only wait a couple of minutes. There is a big variety of food. They are not very big and always busy. Worth the wait!!

A great value for lacto-ovo-vegetarian lunch or dinner. Generally, I stick to a few selections, more that the choice is my personal preference. This is a good place for mixed company carnotarian get-togethers since there is enough on both sides of the menu. Recently Gyros has been having daily snack size specials which usually include one vegetarian special. Their menu... More

Visited for the first time this evening with three friends Gyro Mediterranean. As about as authentic as you can get. Being of Greek Heritage, it kind of takes something special to satisfy ones taste buds when you've lived your life in the realm of this cuisine. When I gazed down at the bowl of Traditional Avgolemono Soup, I said the... More

It really was on our table within 2 minutes of ordering, and was very good. Italian soda was great, too. Clean restaraunt, great food, super fast, what else do you want?!

Have eaten here and loved it for years. Near the university, kind of behind the Frontier. Wonderful food and pleasant atmosphere--warm and homey.
