My brother in law lives in Albuquerque and he took is here. I had an agave margarita that was really good, I could have had several. Carne adovada is what ordered it was really good as well, but the dinner came with a sopapilla, add some honey and you have a fantastic finish to a great meal. All that for... More

We just hosted 16 family members to lunch and it was wonderful! Miguel set us up with just a day of notice. Genevieve was awesome in helping us. To keep the orders straight, she took everyone's name with their order; then the team that delivered everyone's orders just ask their names so it was all perfect! Food service for 16... More

OSUNA LOCATION: We all (4 adults, 1 toddler) enjoyed our food but the service was lacking. We waited patiently for chips and salsa (even well after we'd ordered food) and finally asked for some. I didn't expect or need anyone to be dripping with apologies about it, but it was almost like "oh, you want chips?" Well yes, we wanted... More

That doesn't mean it tastes good. Maybe we should have had a hamburger. Do NOT go here for great Mexican or southwestern food.

We are local and have our favorite spots, but we thought we stop in here and try Monroe's out again. I had the chile rellenos with green chile, which were just ok. I prefer my chile as a sauce, rather than chopped chile on top of my food. The service was friendly and fast, which is always a plus.

We had Mexican food. I had chile rellenos plate, my friends had red chile meat enchiladas which she said were very good (but didn't eat it all). Ambiance was a little noisy, but maybe better during a week night.? I like that it's very close to my house.

Delicious food and appetizers. Casual southwest food, outside patio delightful. Portions are large so sharing might be wise. Just a great atmosphere. Only one caution, parking is not adequate for such a good place.

I love Monroe's. The NM Chile is excellent, they offer a few creative menu items which are good. I still love the carne adovada. The service is good and prices are fine. I like all locations.

For a local spot of house made chilis and guacamole - this is your place. We visited bc of Trip Advisor. I wanted local flavor and a place I didn't have to get dressed up to visit. The reviews talk about blue corn tortillas, guacamole, and enchiladas, as something to try and I agree! They are very good, but I'd... More
