I love the atmosphere, the waitstaff and the food. There are many Greek and American options. Prices have gone up, however. One does not get the soup or salad with the meal any longer. I used to appreciate that a lot. I recommend the Greek red wine, Kourus Nemea.

Went here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised when we walked in to find a very pretty restaurant and white tablecloths. My husband and I shared the appetizer platter and the portobello mushroom salad. Both were delicious and was plenty to eat for the two of us. Our daughter had the vegetarian plate which was huge and had... More

The swordfish was delicious and the service provided by Dwayne was personal and exceptional! The ambiance is very nice too.

Places come and go on Nob Hill but Yanni's continues to be solid, dependable, and reasonable. It is air-conditioned so it is bearable in the hottest of days when much of Central is sweltering. The food is solid Greek and tastes good and the staff is well trained and tries hard

Yanni's on Central Avenue does not begin to look as lovely from the outside as it is inside! We all had Greek dishes and they were prepared perfectly, served extremely pleasantly and were reasonable as well. Our Gyros and Souvlaki were some of the tastiest we have had. An excellent choice!

Very impressed with the service (Duane was the best, and extremely competent) and the moussaka alone makes this place worth a second visit. Very nice decor (much fancier than what it looks like from the outside). In a busy part of Nob Hill, the parking lot in back is much appreciated.

Let me start by saying that we are devotees of good Greek/Middle Eastern cooking, and we know how hard it is to find that in New Mexico. We used to go to Yanni's, enjoy our entrees, and leave happy. But recent meals there don't seem to have the same quality as before. Service is still good, but it seems the... More

Yanni's used to be a favorite spot, but now it is not. Our table cloth was dirty. My chair was dirty. The doors and walls were dirty and need paint. The food was just OK...on prior visits we thought the food was great. Perhaps the lack of cleanliness tainted our culinary experience? Sadly, we won't return.

Someone on my flight to ABQ recommended Yanni's and it was a great place to celebrate a special occasion. (a graduation) The food was top notch and we had a lovely evening.
