Walked in and the atmosphere reminded something similar to a sales barn when I used to go with my grandpa. They have a pickup spot for call in orders. Then the line where you grab your sides and order from a choice of bbq meats. I had the baby back ribs half slab. They were good, I was expecting something... More

Very good food, but very expensive! We bought 1 meal (prime rib) and added a Baked potato (that was very over-priced) and it was over $30! It all tasted delicious but we can't afford to go again. Too bad.

I try to swing by there sometimes when I'm flying home from Santa Fe because there are no real good barbeque places at Santa Fe. They should open a Rudy's there :)

Let's face it... turkey can be dry. Especially smoked turkey. But not here! Not today!!! Even after it was chopped into bite sized pieces and loaded onto my smoked baked potato... this turkey still had a moist, juicy taste that was worth the long wait in line to get it! Which leads me to my next observation. This place was... More

Stopped in here after a long day on the road with some fellow motorcycle riders. We were a little surprised by having to order at the counter, but once we did services was friendly and quick. The food was amazing. Some of the best BBQ I have had in a while. I opted for the brisket sandwich, potato salad and... More

This place is very busy...being in the heart of the motel area. The staff is friendly and will school you on the combinations real quick. I chowed down on the food like there was no tomorrow. Rudy's is the place to get your BBQ !!

We hit Rudy's every time we come to ABQ since it's across the street from our hotel. The meats are great, and we all love the creamed corn. We went on Saturday night and a huge thunderstorm hit right as we walked in, so it ended up not being as crowded as it usually gets on a Saturday night. It... More

After reading numerous reviews, I was excited to give Rudy's a try! After looking forward to eating a delicious and generous cut of prime rib, I was given a cold, spice-less piece of meat. In addition they overcharged me. Also, there are a lot of flies in the side dinning room. Rudy's is definitely overrated. Boy, what a disappointment!

We did take out here and purchased Pulled Pork and Dry Brisket. Cole Slaw and Potato Salad rounded out the meal. Quality is outstanding and prices are reasonable. Service is top notch. Should you choose to dine at the restaurant you will be sitting at a table in long rows. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Quite genuine. Good parking... More

Before we had one in Phx, we used to make the drive to get their moist briskety goodness. This is brass tacks bbq and when its good, its so very very good. However, when its bad, its a super disappointment. There have been more than a few times weve had fatty weird brisket, super dry ribs etc. The consistancy isnt... More
