Sunday. We arrived very late at Albuquerque, and I wondered if we would be able to dine at the Cooperage one hour before closing. As we arrived the parking lot was almost empty and not well lit, neither was the restaurant. So I thought: closed. We stepped inside at 8pm. They are open until 9pm. In the first place I... More

Have been told this establishment has been around for ages. Well it proved to be true because the decor needed a little help. I was served a glass of wine in a dirty glass and the bartender had no idea how to make a Black and Tan for my husband. We were in a party of 20 and they only... More

Pleasant experience- ordered soup & salad - both were quite good - service was great considering they were close to closing for afternoon- worth a visit Older classic atmosphere

enjoyed it immensely but the prices were a little on the high side - would recommend for a light dinner.

We went to see a show here and thought we might have a good time, but this place is the worst. Our waitress disappeared and it took almost 40 minutes to get our first drinks. She continued her absences though the evening, I have rarely seen service this poor. The salad bar is what you should stick with since the... More

The food here is passable. The service was excellent. The building needs a good cleaning. The salad bar is boring, with very little variety. This restaurant seems like it has seen better days.

My wife and I thought that this would be a neat place for dinner because of the building and the website. OK I have lived in Texas, Kansas City and Chicago, don't waste your money or your time. I would like to know where all of these other people ate, because I must have been in the wrong place. We... More

This place is in need of some cleaning and renovating. The salad bar was pretty depleted at 730 on a Friday night, and, although there was a young man looking very busy, everything was empty. The prime rib made up for it. It was exceptional. The service was spotty and I overheard other tables mentioning the service, too. Not a... More

On a recent night out I opted to check out that odd round building on Lomas that I pass all the time. All I heard was that they had a great salad bar and the food was OK. On this night, they were expecting a large crowd for a performance by Albuquerque Jazz so there were quite a few people... More

My daughter and I were traveling across country and stayed at a nearby hotel. We came here because it was in walking distance, and still open at the late time we arrived. Our waitress was exceptionally friendly and did not express any irritation or pressure to hurry even though we were there shortly before closing. Food was prepared timely and... More
