After a movie show, my wife and I visited TOKYO BANGKOK for dinner and we were delighted with the wide selection of both Thai and Japanese food options. On this first visit, for appetizers we ordered the Crunchy Shrimp Roll and the Cucumber Salad; for...entrees, we ordered the Pad Thai Pork and Pad Thai Chicken. Everything was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, and mouthwatering. In fact, we had such a great experience, we came back again a few days later. This second time, we ordered appetizers of Shrimp Tempura Roll and Seaweed Salad, followed by entrees of Pad Prik with Pork, and another Pad Thai Chicken. Again, everything was delicious. On both visits, the service was excellent. Prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended.More

I was excited to try this place as it's been on my "list" for quite awhile. Well, finally the eve of 11/18/19 we decided to try it. Lets start with the experience. First of all, don't come to this place thinking your going to have...a glass of wine or a beer this will not happen and our server Jenny said it most likely never will even though they have the glass ware hanging. The restaurant was empty except for a man sitting at the Sushi bar where we sat also. (reason being thinking I was going to be having a glass of wine with my meal). For some reason the Waitresses were so infatuated with him they could not keep their hands off of him so it was very unprofessional having them flirting and giggling and playing "grab as.." with him. Hind sight, we just should of moved or left the restaurant then. They really need to conduct themselves professionally or go into a "back room" and do what ever just not in front of paying customers. In the restaurants web site they indicate they have a "relaxing atmosphere" this was not the case in my experience. Food, I had the cold noodle salad "Yum Woon Zen" and the noodles were overcooked and stuck together in a large clump. I had asked for the chili dressing on the side as it's so salty and in past experience restaurants tend to drown the salad in this. The dressing tasted like a stale powder, it was horrible. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with this dish. My Husband had the Pad Thai and it was absolutely tasteless. So, I was hoping if the experience was not good here possibly the food would make up for it. Nope not at all. In conclusion, there are quite a bit of choices for Sushi/Japanese Cuisine in ABQ with a better over all experience with food and ambiance with out wasting your evening or money!More

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this place as we were looking for a light lunch. We are not from Albuquerque but travel there quite frequently. We absolutely loved this place! The decor was pretty, place was clean, food was AWESOME, and service was great!...We will definitely be making frequents visits when we go back to ABQ. We both had a sushi roll, spring rolls and the green tea was sooo delicious. They even had cute little roses on the tip of the straw. There were other items on the menu that intrigued our interest with such a variety of Asian food.More

Had an enjoyable dinner at this restaurant. One of us ordered a Japanese entree and the other ordered a Thai dish. Both were very good. Menu items included sushi, Thai curry dishes along with a variety of other food. The restaurant is nicely deocrated and...the service was very good. Would eat here again.More

Freshly renovated with comfortable booths and unique Japanese umbrella light fixtures, this new place specializing in Sushi, Thai and Chinese dishes hit a home run for us. Service is very good, food came out fast and hot. Good portions and good prices. A very welcome...addition to our favorites list.More
