I got takeout (which I normally don't do for sushi) on a business trip to ABQ. I had the California roll and the salmon lover's roll, and both were very good and held up after a 20-minute car ride back to the hotel. I also called in my order a few minutes before closing, and they let me in 15... More

This place always satisfies and never disappoints. The fish doesn't smell, is always tender and tasty, and always perfectly prepared. The hot dishes are alwaysazing, too. They have the best fried rice and pad Thai in town. I'm also a recent convert to the Pad Lay Cashew. So good. So, so good.

When they first started the business the owners worked hard to please each and every customers. I've been there 6 times in 2 years, and each time is worse than before. The last time in March 2015 I went there for lunch, the sushi chef was not there and the lady owner tried to pass her mediocre creation as sushi!... More

Sakura Sushi isn't the fanciest Asian-type restaurant in town, but it's very comfortable, warm atmosphere with very friendly personnel is a nice home away from home place to dine when you don't feel like cooking. The food is a nice blend of both Korean & Japanese dishes including a large variety of fresh made sushi, rich soups, appetizers, entrees, and... More

We visited a lot of places in ABQ disappointed because we couldn't find good sushi. It all ended here. It doesn't beckon you from the street... inside isn't that impressive, but the food is great. If you care more about sushi than experience. This is the place!

We love Thai and Vietnamese food, but have never tried Loatian before. This small restaurant has Thai, Loatian, and Japanese cuisines, but we opted for the Loatian. What a great meal. We had the Laos Sausage, which was seasoned with lemon grass and other great things that we could not guess at, and the Laab, a dish somewhat like Cerviche... More

Wonderful presentation. Fresh and delicious. Everyone was very courteous. The decor is so appropriate. Sit at the bar if you can. Will definitely return.

We had seen good reviews so bought their offer on Restaurant.com. We went and saw a note posted on their door saying they would NOT honor the deal, so we tried to find out more but the server had not one word for us... weird. Left and found a better place. Still not sure what happened.

This is a neighborhood Asian restaurant, worth returning to again and again. Small, authentic, personable. The Owner, who is standing behind the sushi bar, personally making your sushi, also offers delicious Thai and especially Laotian dishes. Love his laab. Whenever I am there, I wonder why it is not packed, with a waiting line. It should be. I will have... More

This family owned and operated restaurant is always a joy. Great family friendly atmosphere. The owners are attentive and kind. Love the Salmon Sashimi. Lots of great rolls. Try the soft shell crab. Tom Kha is delicious.
