About
Tomasita’s restaurant is a New Mexico tradition serving classic Northern New Mexican Cuisine. Locally owned and operated in Santa Fe, New Mexico by the Maryol/Gundrey family for over 40 years, we take great pride in quality food, friendly and fast service, and great margaritas. In December of 2017, Tomasita's expanded to Albuquerque, offering the same great red and green chile, sopaipillas, margaritas, and other local favorites to the people of Albuquerque! Santa Fe locals have consistently voted Tomasita’s BEST for: Best Red Chile, Best Green Chile, Best Margaritas and Best New Mexican Restaurant.

Three of my friends and I decided to visit the new Tomasita's before heading to the Century Rio for a movie. I am a big fan of Tomasita's in Santa Fe so I kept my fingers crossed that the new restaurant would meet my expectations....More

Green chiles,a Trademark New Mexico standard is featured at its best at Tomasita's new location in Albuquerque. I had Tyne green chile- queso fries appetizer and the Frito pie with chicken and green Chile as a main course on Frito Pie Monday. Classic!

Service was great at the bar. Margaritas were delicious. Chips and salsa were good. Salsa was so hot I could barely eat it, which I think deters from any flavor it might have. However, everyone likes their salsa differently. I had the Enchiladas Veggie Especial...More

Had the pleasure of visiting this fine restaurant twice in a week. The service was excellent and the food amazing. The first visit I had the Atrisco plate, yum and the next the Chalupa plate. The servings are more than generous!

Enjoyed one of the best, and most memorable, New Mexican green chili burrito ever! It was filled with roast beef, covered with a white cheese and literally smothered with a green chili sauce. No rice or beans, just this incredibly delicious burrito I will never...More

Glad that there was a location closer to where we were staying. The food is always excellent and the sopapillas are always on point. But be aware that their menu varies compared to the one in Santa Fe.
