Good food and good service

I like their buffet and the flavors are great. Is good for business and dates. Sometimes in the weekends they have belly dancers ( not great but entertaining) I recommend anything chicken, the lentil soup and the dessert bread balls with syrup.

As a big fan of Indian cuisine, I have been to numerous Indian restaurants all over the States and in many parts of the world and yet I always find Taj as very special and unique. The emphasis on details, a huge variety of dishes with a wide range of spices, very attentive service, a cozy ambiance are only the... More

Taj Palace is my new favorite because the entrees are not only flavorful, there are spicy entrees too. The lamb Vindaloo was lukewarm by vindaloo standards but hotter than anything on other Indian buffets in ABQ. I'm a fan of all the local Indian buffets but if I want a plate full of different flavor and temperatures, Taj Palace is... More

We have visited this great Indian restaurant many times and always with the consensus that it is one of the best dining experiences in town . The attentive owners are always in pursuit of excellence. Delicious buffets, scrumptious desserts, wide beer and wine selection, periodic belly dancing and much more.

This place is so much overrated for nothing, the ambiance is so bad, the food quality is way below average with the ingredients and the taste, everything tastes the same. The service is appalling and its Highly prices as compared to its competitors. The goat curry had meat which turned into chewing gum, the rice were overdone, maybe being frozen... More

I have enjoyed the great food and service at this restaurant quite a few times by now; but every time I visit, I am delightfully surprised by the improvements to the ambience and quality and variety of excellent food. This is a top of the line restaurant with a very professional staff with executive chef/ owner Rashpal .The monthly belly... More

I was impressed with the quality of food and the number of items in their buffet. I would most definitely recommend it. Lots of vegetarian dishes also to choose from.

This Indian restaurant is truly a gem. As a transplant from the East Coast, I've eaten in many an Indian restaurant. However, the buffet here competes with the very best of them. The vegetarian offerings are just as flavorful as their non-vegetarian counterparts, while at certain times of the year you might find innovative pineapple or other fruit-based curries on... More

I have been to this restaurant several times over the years and the quality and freshness of the food in the buffet is consistently quite good at lunch. They keep the vegetarian and meat dishes completely separate which is nice. The food is nicely spiced and well prepared. The atmosphere is nothing special but clean. It's good to have a... More
