We came here after driving 12 hours. We were driving from Massachusetts to North Carolina and Petersburg was our pit stop. I chose The Brickhouse Run for our dinner. It was a wonderful choice!! The Guiness was smooth, the fish and chips were perfectly cooked and the service was great!

The food is always delicious and innovative and the atmosphere is awesome. Some of the most yummy desserts as well. Try the chocolate pot!

Fantastic! Nice little pub. You really felt like you were in a English Pub. The shepards pie was great!

First of all, the area is a little funky, but in a good way. This area is clearly being renovated to trendy. The parking area near the end of Cockade alley is essentially an empty lot so watch for old curbs and such. We ended up driving down the alley and parking in smaller lot across the street from the... My wife and I dined here after touring the battlefields of Petersburg. This little spot is situated on a back alley with cobble stone streets; which already gives it charm before you even set foot inside. I was also thrilled to find the 'Mercy Street' set just adjacent to it (PBS civil war series). Decor inside is typical pub adornments.... More

This kitchen staff does something magical. The Bangers and Mash is better than the UK. Pretty much everything you could eat here is almost addictive, and the staff is charming and polite. It's a great place to go, but come early, the place fills up fast!

Market St Bistro was closed and we were recommended to this Pub. It was really good and really fun and really authentic and we liked it a lot ! Met some interesting people at the bar waiting for a great table in a charmingly colonial room. The food was very good and plentiful. Great friendly service.

Visited with a friend for dinner and drinks and was blown away by the delicious food, the friendly service and the hospitality! Greeted like we're family coming in the door by the hostess/owner. We were accidentally skipped over for seating while talking at the bar, but was rewarded with a free round of drinks and an appetizer on the house... More

Husband and I had dinner at The Brickhouse Run last weekend. We were with a group of 6. They were crazy busy, but we were seated after just a short wait. Everyone at our table loved their meals. I had the crab cakes which were outstanding and husband had the fish and chips. The food all came out at the... More
