While traveling, we tried this restaurant based on the reviews here. We were very happy with the dinner we had. Margaritas were just right. We had the Leone's plate and the pastor plate. Tortillas were homemade and both dinners were great tasting and authentic. We kept eating even though we were full because it tasted so good.

We've always gone to another Mexican food restaurant in Corpus Christi, but in recent months it has been "in decline." So we tried Acapulco. Good food, clean dining, friendly staff. We've found our new hangout! Prices are good, too.

We stopped for lunch in Corpus Christi and ate at Acapulco Restaurant. The staff was friendly, the tortillas were hand made and delicious. However, we ordered the Fajita Platter and were not impressed. The beef skirt steak, yes I said steak, was extremely tough. The chicken was just tidbits and the sausage tasted like Oakridge sausage. We would not go... More

We were in town for the day and decided to try this place since the reviews were good on Trip Advisor. As we walked in, we were greeted by the very friendly staff; the place was full, so it was a good sign! Our waitress was awesome and so were all the staff members! We had breakfast and the food... This place has the best food for a good price. I had the chimichanga with gravy OMG it was so goid . The tortillas are made fresh and the salsa has just the right amount of spice. Will definitely be going again.

We have eaten there over the last ten years and the food is always great. We have never gotten a bad meal there. We alway eat the same thing tacos, El Pastor or Carne Quisada, Green Tomatillo enchilada, charo beans. We have been there at least 50 times. Very good, very inexpensive.

Authentic and pleasant atmosphere. Not expensive either. I highly recommend to all. Try the acapulco style burritos.
