Staying true to its name, everything at this Japanese counter - including sashimi, nigiri, specialty and hand rolls - will be served in a bento box. Fresh selections of fish such as salmon, tuna, hamachi octopus and halibut will be expertly prepared by a team of skilled sushi chefs.

Fresh salmon and ingredients in the poke rice bowl. The nice thing is that you can sit at the counter, fill out the request sheet, hand it to the sushi chefs and watch them make it for you. As I said, everything is super fresh.

I like that there was a Pho option in the MGM "Food Court."
It's not the world's best Pho but the variety is nice. Made fresh with very fresh herbs and flavors.

My husband and I decided to give Bento a try for a late evening snack. We ordered your typical California Roll and Salmon / Avocado Roll, both were extremely dry and tasteless even doused in soy sauce.
