We ended up at Brewvies because the restaurant next door was at capacity. We had a group of 8 and just needed some time to kill and somewhere to grab something to eat and drink before our escape room. There was 1 waiter for the...whole place. Although he was really nice he didn't seem to know much about alcoholic beverages and when I asked him for one he asked me what it was. At that point I changed my mind and got a soft drink instead. Me and my husband decided to share a pizza since it seemed like that was the safest thing to eat. It was decent but took forever to get. Probably wouldn't come here again.More

Found this place on accident. I hope I get to come back. The food is great, the service is outstanding and really where can you see a movie while sipping a craft beer and munching on a falafel. After the movie hang out and play...some pool. An all around great time.More

This was our first time to Brewvies. It was a lot of fun and a great movie.Purchasing tickets in food is not the best setup. And it's not the cleanest place in the world. But a unique experience and if you like to have a...beer and food with your movie a good place to go. I would recommend this place. It is an adults-only 21 or older place. You do want to arrive early to get your tickets as the line gets really long.More

Some of the staff was really nice but others were pretty rude. We ordered the chicken tenders with fries and a pizza. The chicken tenders were good but the first pizza they brought out to us was burnt black so we sent it back, and...the second one they gave us looked alright but had zero taste whatsoever. The only thing we could taste was whatever sauce we dipped it in which was extremely disappointing considering how expensive it was and how good the food is at the Ogden location. I would highly recommend going to the Ogden Brewvies instead of SLC! The food and staff at that location are a 10/10. If I had gone to the SLC location first I never would’ve gone to a brewvies again.More

Love coming here to watch a movie with friends. Their Deadpool deal was incredible with back to back showings for just $2. Also saw the new Halloween movie here and was again pleased with my service. The food and drink prices are reasonable, and the...bartenders are great. They only have two theaters, so make sure to check out the showings prior to coming to make sure they're playing something you want to see. They also have a pool table and other games if you want to just come hang out and not see a movie.More

Have visited Brewvie's many times and enjoy this adult venue. Nice to see a film with a full menu and bar option. This visit I invited friends to tag along and see 'Witches of Eastwick' on the big screen. Brewvie's had brunch items - including...oatmeal for the vegan crowd...thanks! Slight problems getting the video to play correctly though the crowd was rowdy and boisterous enough that we were fairly entertained. Buckler is on the menu though they had run out...at least a decent NA beer is typically available. The aisles are wide, seating comfortable, and there is ample parking considering it sits next to a sports bar restaurant. Appreciate the variety of movies shown and the diversity of the crowd. Staff hustled to make things right - only thing they could have done better is to simply announce they were having technical problems and keep the audience up to date. Will definitely visit again - unique place in town to see a movie.More

This is the second time we have visited this place. Kayla, the bartender/hostess/waitress was really fun to interact with. She also suggested the right cider for my date. The wings were good and the movie was awesome!

I was staying at the nearby Hilton Garden Inn and wanted to see a movie, walked over to the theater and it was not as safe as a walk as I had hoped, I was immediately asked for money and had someone ride up on...a bike and cat call me. Seriously, just wanted to see a movie. Walked in, and immediately confused...there was pool tables and a bar scene...unsure of where to go to buy tickets. I go up to what I think is the right place, and the guy behind the register saw me, I stood right in front of him....but he was too busy listening to the staff person behind him asking him to borrow cigarettes. Again, just stood there. The staff person proceeded to keep asking for smokes from register person and after five minutes, I'm like....okay, I'm out of here. Decided to just get in my rental car at the hotel and go to the Gateway theater instead. It gets two stars b/c maybe the food is great and what not, but I wasn't sticking around to find out. This seems more like a bar in all respects, I do not suggest it to anyone traveling alone and just wanting to see a movie.More
