A plertera of selections that are all waiting for you. As a recent convert to plant based healthy eating. It is difficult to to maintain this lifestyle in many restaurants. Hub & Spoke hits this note perfectly. I highly recommend their style of restaurant with...locally sourced food prepared fresh daily.More

Breakfast was one of the best I have had in a long time. The pancakes were fantastic as were the homemade grits. Our server, Meera, had a constant smile on her face, and was the best. Great place.

The crab eggs Benedict was pretty unique. I enjoyed it. My husband got the steak and eggs and said it was amazing. My only complaint would be the prices. They seemed a bit inflated for what you got. The restaurant and staff were nice.

great for breakfast - open for lunch not dinner - the cement floors and WOODED hard benches for booths are the reason I give this 4 and not 5 stars...diner food but thats what it is supposed to be

If you're looking for a fun, tasty weekend brunch, check out Hub & Spoke. My husband chose this for Saturday Brunch when we were visiting SLC for the day. We arrived around 10am, and surprisingly we were seated right away. Shortly after, and when we...left around 11, it did get quite busy and a line was forming. There is indoor and outdoor seating (booths and tables). The outdoor patio looked nice, I kind of wish we were seated outside since it was a pleasant day. I think you can make a reservation on Google. At least that's what I found when we Googled the restaurant. For sure order the donut holes if you have a sweet tooth. There were really good and served fresh and warm with nutella and chocolate sauce. My husband ordered the Chicken & Waffles, and I ordered 2 egg breakfast with a pancake. The eggs were cooked well and the sausage tasted homemade and fresh. The pancake was thin, and a little doughy. I'm a bit of a pancake snob, so it takes a bit for me to be impressed. We also ordered lattes that were made well by a barista. I'm not much of a potato gal, but the breakfast potatoes are really good. I think it's the crispiness and the seasoning. So good. A breakfast for two, we paid right around $50. The menu isn't huge, but there are many options. We enjoyed it for sure.More

One of my closest friends recommended coming here for breakfast and my dad and I ate here for breakfast one morning and it was excellent. I got an omelette and a side of sausage and everything was great and my dad really enjoyed his breakfast...as well. The restaurant is in a great location and they also serve local coffee which was excellent. The service was great and I recommend anyone visiting Salt Lake City whether it be a business trip or stopping in with your family for a great breakfast.More

always a wait, but worth waiting for. Checked in then sat in the car in the snow, which actually was OK. Good breakfast selection and a good wait staff.

We went here for breakfast brunch. We just beat the crowd. Just after we were seating... they were waiting at the door. We ate here on a Saturday and arrived about 930ish. I had the polish breakfast. It was served in a skillet. The sauce...was excellent. One of my kids had the chicken and waffles. I thought that was *really* good. I forget what my other family members had... but, I remember they were pleased. The coffee drinks were also really good. My son had ordered a coffee drink... and in what I thought was relatively short order... changed his mind... flagged the wait staff to ask if he could change... and was told he couldn't... I don't think the drink had been made... but, I can't be sure. More time passed waiting for the drink (after he asked if he could change) then what had expired between when he ordered the drink and asked if he could change. That was kind of a bummer.More

We met with friends for breakfast and we were not disappointed. I had the mushroom omelet as well as the flapjack. Breakfast nachos were also delicious! I would recommend the Kentucky hot brown as well.

Oh yum... Crab Benedict, French toast, and shrimp and grits... all were great; the potatoe cakes were the perfect vessel along with the arugula for the Benedict dish... the French toast was sweet enough without being too sweet. We started with the brulee grapefruit which...was good however it was hard to eat. We waited about 30 minutes on a Sunday around noon. The staff was friendly and helpful, they offered to text our party so we could keep a sleeping baby in a car while we waited, they offered little plates so we could share several dishes, and our service was timely. They had a high chair for our use. When I go again... and I will I wil most definitely get the Crab Benedict... my favorite dish.More

I enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant but it just wasn’t my kind of food. The menu wasn’t as traditional as I prefer. It seems to be popular with the locals. We enjoy checking out local spots when we travel. You never know what kind...of establishment you will stumble upon. What we had was fine, and the service was ok.More
