Chicken and salmon on the overcooked side. But tasty. However the acoustics inside do not lend themselves to a quiet dining experience. We either had to raise our voices to hear each other or stay quiet. Dine outside on the patio if you wish to converse with a friend or partner without having to shout. Way over priced would be... It seems this restaurant is always busy although I saw nothing special. The dishes were very good but yet I couldn't realise why it's so famous among the locals.

We joined friends here for dinner at their recommendation, not really knowing what we might want. The place was packed with families and couples. Our server was very nice, offering suggestions to our questions. I had a shrimp stir fry special that was very tasty. Another had the enchiladas and the others a chilled chicken ramen salad. All of us... More

Really great local place. Lots of sandwiches & great soups. The Rueben was excellent & the wife's DoDo club was really good too. A must visit for lunch.

Met a friend here for an early dinner. Had the minestrone soup. It was great. My wife had the macadamia raspberry? halibut .. It was very good , but a little to much butter. Ahi appetizer was great..

The artichoke pie is always wonderful. Sometimes as a meal with a side salad or as an app like last night. Brion was our server and was spot on. My friend and I lingered over our wine before ordering dinner and he never rushed us. Over the years I have eaten here many times and not once a bad dish.... More

We've eaten at the Dodo twice and each time my wife has gotten extremely sick from their food. The first time we ate there was just the two of us and we thought it was pretty nice but as soon as we got home my wife got sick. The second time we went was with family and my wife got... More

We go at least once a month. Great food. Whether a salad , sanwhich or entree. They make different soups daily as well as fresh desserts which are a treat themselves.

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Salt Lake City. Whether it's a Friday night visit with friends or a casual Sunday brunch with my family, we never leave disappointed. They have many delicious desserts but the Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Pie is amazing.

Took two people for dinner here and was surprised how good the food was. I had the seared ahi tuna appetizer as my main dish and it was plenty. Fish was fresh and sauce was excellent on both the tuna and rice. The best part was the toll house pie warmed with ice cream for dessert. Very good and made... More
