Went with a group of coworkers for lunch. I'm not a huge fan of Mexican flavors but their dishes looked amazing and were all finished. Large portions. I am Gluten Free (sensitivity, not Celiac) and ordered a bed of lettuce with rice, black beans, and cheese. All their tortillas are flour based and would definitely contaminate if someone was celiac.... More

The Rio started out in St George, Utah and has grown like crazy and have a lot of locations in the West. It is fresh fast food, quick service and A+ food ever thing on the menu is good , however the Sweet Pork is the best. !!!! I have eaten at many of their locations and never had a... More

I really like Cafe Rio! Who doesn't? Actually my kids don't but they only like to eat at probably 5 restaurants. I love the salad! They have the best tortillas ever!

We were a little skeptical on entering, the menu resembles a Mexican food subway, choose your dish (enchilada, taco,) choose your meat (carnitas, chicken, steak) add your toppings. I had steak burritos smothered in green chile sauce and they were AMAZING! Husband had carnitas tacos in green sauce, and they too were amazing. Highly recommend!

I really was looking forward to eating here after people I become friends with from SAltlake City raved about the food here. The food was amazing. I ate the sweet pork burrito and it was huge! Could easily split between two people. The ingredients are fresh including the tortilla. You can really taste the difference! I wish they had a... More

Fast, delicious smothered burritos and salads. I order the pork with/out beans. It's easy to customize your order

The food is always fresh and homemade, and the atmosphere loud but comfortable. Very satisfied. We were greeted with friendly faces who took our order and made sure our orders were complete and to our satisfaction. The restaurant was clean and had limes and tomatoes to brighten up the experience. This restaurant was easy to find and had ample parking.... More

I like the food at Cafe Rio. But the quality of management has decreased greatly! You do not want to go to this location in the evening. Unless they are not very busy at all. Sometimes, everything flows quick and smooth. But I have found half the time I am waiting a long time. One time, I actually waited 25... More
