We were there on Saturday morning, not very busy. The place was very low staffed. Waited for 25 minutes for server Cassie to come and take orders. She was very unprofessional and said "what do you want?" slamming things and rushing. She smelled like alcohol...and looked like she was under the influence. Came back with our food and slammed plates down, food was okay, but the whole experience was bad due to this server. She never came back to our table with items we asked. If she is not well or still drunk from the night before she shouldn't be at work making customers feel uncomfortable.More

Consistently good food at a reasonable price. I like to use a coupon sometimes to keep cost lower helping on cost. Not the really fancy dining experience that isn't required all the time.

Food is consistent from restaurant to restaurant in this chain. And so far, for us at least, so is the good service. I enjoyed the artichoke chicken. My mate liked the turkey dinner. Apple pie is a winner. This is good ol' American comfort food....Plenty of it!More

Friendly help. Family oriented. Great meals at reasonable prices. But the pies are worth the trip. Compares with any Marie Calendars, or even better. Take a pie home for dessert tomorrow.

We had our granddaughter with us, and it was getting to be 6pm and looking for a place to eat. Our granddaughter spotted Village Inn and said "Let's go there. I love grits!". And so we did. She ordered mac 'n cheese and a bowl...of grits. My wife had their chicken pot pie which she said was delicious. I had a spinach & bacon omelette with grits and coffee. Our waitress was very nice and friendly. The restaurant was clean, and although not packed, the seemed to have a steady flow of customers coming in.More

All day breakfast. They have nice eggs and pancakes. Actually the best breakfast place in the valley. You can wait like 10 min weekend mornings for tables...

I was at Village Inn last Wed and our waitress was very friendly and informative. She lets us know that we could have a free slice of pie as Wed is free pie. :)

We enjoy going to village Inn. We always have a great meal and always have a very friendly person help us. We usually see neighbors there every time we go there. The menu covers just about anything you would like to have. Their desserts are...really good including their pies. Enjoy your meal.More

No one came to take our order after we were seated. We had to go up and ask a lady who was cleaning tables in another area to find someone. The waitress then came and took our orders. Brought out the food and dropped off...the bill. She did not check on us and did not see if we wanted to be billed all together or separately. The food was all good and everyone was happy with it. We got no drink refills and no to go boxes. Will go back, hopefully the lack of customer service was a one time thing. I should also mention it was not crowded or busy. Many employees standing around talking up by the front desk.More
