After one or perhaps two of Squatters' signature beers (damn the luck, they were out of the Sasquatch) I was unsure about whether to order a salad AND an entree, hungry though I was. The waiter, a long-haired cheerful sort, offered this advice

This restaurant is usually awesome. I've had some great food here, especially their pasta plates. They have a somewhat international cuisine. But, sometimes the food isn't great. They have skinny Utah-friendly beer towers. Their selection of homemade beers is awesome!

I've been to squatters one time before and although I liked the atmosphere of the old building and brew pub it didn't it didn't really make an impression on me. Therefore I decided to go back and give it another try. This time I was seated upstairs and really enjoyed the huge vaulted ceiling with big windows and view. I'm... More

Good food at a good price- the cobb salad / tomato soup / cheese curds were all pretty good with generous portions and excellent service. Recommended-

A great brewpub with friendly staff and great food. I went with a group of colleagues who all enjoyed it. Utah licensing laws are quaint with a 4% limit on tap beers so they are all session beers.

Stayed across the street at the Peery Hotel - went to Squatters twice. First time had the fried pickles and hummus - very tasty! Second time split a bomber of Squatters own brew and split a Rueben...it was very good!

Squatters certainly has great brews. However, their food is also worthy of praise. Family friendly with a great patio in the summer. The loft can also be reserved for private parties. My favorite food is the carnitas tacos. Service is always friendly and prompt.

We went here for a dinner party. We were served a range of appetizers and I was not impressed at all. The veggie tray consisted of raw asparagus, squash and zucchini- which I found very odd. The pizza was paper thin- if you held it up, all of the cheese and toppings slid right off. The flavors/types of pizzas were... More

Very agreeable pub/bar/restaurant. Usual pub menu, with steak, burgers, pizza etc. Nice choice of beers. Nicely crowded with many young people. Food of good quality and large portions. Located downtown.
