The turkey club was very good. Fresh turkey was great quality. The sandwich was great. My wife had the pot pie. Also fantastic. Super friendly staff. Thank you!

I eat lunch here often. Easy free parking (restaurant validates) in the underground parking garage. Excellent turkey pot pie. Great sandwiches.

On the ground floor of the Joseph Smith Memorial Building. Good food, generous serves, reasonable prices. It's a buffet-type restaurant, adjacent to Temple Square.

Basically cafeteria style. The food is okay, not great, not bad. Good for a quick lunch. Prices were average for SLC. I noticed that SLC is not really vegetarian-friendly and this would seem to follow suit.

We had the Chicken Pot Pie and a salad for lunch. The pot pie was delicious with a delicate crust, and nicely cooked chicken and vegetables that were in a nice, non-gloppy sauce. The also serve sandwiches and ready-made salads that were fresh and good.

Part of the main LDS complex in the Joseph Smith Building. It makes a welcome change (and you are made welcome) from the many fast food restaurants in the Creek Centre. Food is prepared as you wait (no queues/lines) their soup and sandwich offer is a good combo and good value. Water free - soft drinks available. If you want... More

the Nauvoo cafe is in the Joseph Smith building in Temple square. They make good sandwiches out of real meat for about $6.00. I had the Turkey pot pie and salad for $8.99. The pastry was superb, the filling very tasty and the portion large. The salad was also good. The building is beautiful and you can often here piano... More

This is the closest cafe near Temple Square and the mall without being AT the mall. The sandwiches are excellent and made to order right in front of you. We shared a whole and enjoyed bowls of homemade soup. Desserts are boxed cakes, or wrapped cookies to-go (after the delicious lunch has settled!). If the food isn't great enough, the... More

We were touring Temple Square and stopped in here for lunch. We shared the Nauvoo's Original Turkey Cranberry Sandwich (made to order) and a Nuts and Berry Salad. Both quite tasty and quite ample portions. We didn't notice many places to get lunch or a snack in the area (maybe by walking to the shopping mall nearby) so this is... More
