Ok, first off, I have to admit I am 61 years old, and I would give Chuckarama 5 stars. If that turns you off, you may not want to read more, and Eva is your place. Small plates, not a ton of selections, but all unique, and interesting. I have been there many times (two of the women in my... More

A friend from Salt Lake City recommended the Eva tapas bar to me for a social get together with friends whilst in town. The plate size is as expected so budget 2-3 plates per person and you should be ok. The menu is on line so I recommend having a look before you go. The lamb combinations are awesome and... More

We had cauliflower, scallops, mac and cheese and calamari; everything was delicious and the restaurant had a cool, trendy vibe. The sangria was so good - it's something that I would actually crave and go back for next time!

Delish small plates of veggies, with tasty sauces. So, yeah, tapas style. Plenty of tempting meat plates to choose from. I went with cold pea soup, and plates of roasted asparagus, zucchini and cauliflower, and shredded (steamed, seasoned ) Brussels Sprouts. Delightful use of feta, bacon, horseradish? and cream in sauces. Washed down with chilled sweet riesling. Topped off with... More

We had lamb, polenta with morels, bruschetta with waygu and a wild musjphroom pizza. We weren't very hungry and it was the perfect amount. The polenta was my favorite but my husband lived the pizza.

We popped in while overnight in SLC. Great place if you want to sample different food. We ordered a couple of small plates. I got a kale caesar salad - skeptical at first, but it was delicious. Also loved the Brussel sprouts. My husband got a few meat tapas but the veggie ones he said were better. This must be... More

My friends and I had a great time at Eva. We originally were unclear as to why they were reluctant to seat our incomplete party of 6, we learned that it was because the restaurant quickly filled even on a Tuesday night. The staff provided excellent service and recommendations and was very patient with our "enthusiastic" group. After a wonderful... More

I know that sounds strange... But I discovered this small and awesome restaurant when staying at the Hotel Monaco. It's open late (midnight) which is a plus for biz travelers - but I'd come anytime for the Brussel sprouts. Crazy good. As are all the vegetarian dishes- cauliflower, asparagus, etc. There are meat dishes but I haven't tried them -... More

A lovely little place with Bakery goods that are beyond good and a menu that offers fresh dishes that delight. One of my favorite places for breakfast and lunch. Everyone who goes there loves it. It is usually packed and space is limited. Pick up a loaf of bread for dinner on your way out, you won't be sorry.

Eva is a great little Tapas joint. Small plates shared among your small group is the best way to go. It's not a very big spot and there's usually a wait, so keep your group around 4 people or less. They have a great wine selection and while you wait for your table, you can hop next door to "Cheers... More
