We love tapas style dining, and so we were excited to try a new place (for us anyway) in downtown Salt Lake City. Atmosphere is young urban hipster. Pretty loud restaurant, so not a great place for a quiet conversation. Nice decor and lighting. Service and food solid, but erratic. Our waitress was alternatively extremely attentive and absent for long... More

I love the food, ambiance and location of this restaurant. They change their menu every few months, but it's always good whenever I go. This is what our table ordered on our most recent visit: sauteed brussels sprouts, charred corn, shrimp and grits, eva's steak, spinach and potato gnocchi, crispy polenta, grilled asparagus, and the special of korean short ribs.... The asparagus with poached egg was delicious. On the wagyu beef bruschetta, the beef was way too fatty, but the flavors of the rest of the dish was very good.

I've always happened to stop in on quiet nights with not many other guests. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food might be the best in the city! Great place to dine alone or with a date.

Small plates with interesting flavors that were shared by a tired son, mom and dad. It was early and the place had few patrons. Staff was very attentive. We needed a quick supper after a long weekend in Alta and this fit the bill extremely well.

I love this place. The food is amazing and the service is also very good. Try the baked Greek Mac and Cheese, it will change your life. Also, the brussels sprouts and charred beets are really good. The restaurant is laid back and comfortable. It is Tapas so be sure to order everything. You will leave satisfied and so happy.

The Eva pizza was the best I've had. Excellent flavor. The grilled Brussels sprouts were great as well. Even their unique cocktails were great. Nothing bad to say.

What a nice surprise... We arrived rather late but were told that we could relax for there were hours of service still available. They are open and serve late into the evening with no rush. The vibe was very laid back and friendly with small groups and couples enjoying a long evening over a bottle of their favorite drink and... More

The food here is delicious! You order multiple small plates which I like because you can try lots of different things. It is a little pricey but the food is worth it. I wouldn't recommend bringing young kids.

On a business trip with my sister we ate at Eva on our last night in Salt Lake. We started out with Slow roasted Wagyu beef bruschetta. Very crunchy bread and a wonderfully tender beef. Second we had the seared scallop with grilled avocado, jicama and chimichurri. This was delightful and I could have eaten more. Third was flash fried... More
