Very casual place... order at the counter and they bring it out. We started with chips and salsa... the salsa bar is great. I mixed the mild, medium and habanero... it was perfect. The taste and heat level were on point. They had chopped jalapenos,...cilantro, pickled onions, carrots, and jalapenos. Yum! The carnitas, the veggie (zucchini, corn, onion) and the shrimp tacos were fantastic. I will eat there again and order the Mexican corn in a bowl. I saw it on the way out. It looked delish! They have a full bar. The parking can be challenging when they're busy. Staff is friendly and their service is pretty fast.More

Nice patio set up but food was just ok. I liked my asada taco but the mole chicken taco I should have passed on. The guacamole was also good but must have been in the fridge so was just different to eat it so cold....It's in a great location but food just wasn't up to snuff with so many great options nearby.More

I love the food, drinks, and atmosphere of this place. I hate that most of what they serve the food in is disposable. I wish they would change this practice so I would feel ok about returning :(

We enjoyed Barrio for the most part! When I looked it up online, I did not understand it was super casual and only counter service, but that was OK. The salsas were very good. More cheese on the nachos would have been appreciated. And we...would love if you could offer some rice! My kids love to eat rice and beans with dinner.More

This place has quality. This is the second time we've visited since they recently opened, and both times have been great. Service is friendly, prices are low for the high quality, margaritas are yummy, and if you're celiac, you don't have to ask for a...separate menu. 5 stars, will be back often.More

We tried Barrio on a whim and were very pleasantly surprised. While not extensive, the menu offers a nice range of dishes with tacos taking pride of place. The tortillas were soft and smooth and the fillings were delicious. My wife had a salad which...was very fresh and tasty. The eating space is simple and functional and wasn't too noisy. The clientele was young and had a neighborhood feel.More
