I rated our experience high because of the excellent and fast service. The food we ordered was pretty good but it was the service that stood out. It does offer some really great views of the bay. The restaurant seating area is pretty large and it has a full bar.

Fish and chips was frozen fish patty. They're supposedly known for their fish and chips? Service was good. Nice views. But good was poor to average. Clam chowder was OK.

Wonderful service. Beautiful views! Beautiful restaurant. Great for families too. A little spendy but well worth it. Also a great date night venue. The food is fantastic! They are also perfect for hosting and catering large parties! I love this place and feel so spoiled everytime the husband takes me.

We were a party of three and were promptly seated on a slow night. The view from the dining room is of the harbor and is very nice even at night. I got the special of the night which was a hamburger. It was adequate but nothing special. I was expecting more of a juicy pub burger but it seems... More

After years of traveling to Seattle, this year was spent in Port Angeles and New Years Eve dinner was at the Downrigger. The quality of the food is consistently great and the staff is always "on their game". I've been taking guests from out of town to the Downrigger for years now, and have no plans to change this event... More

Dined here again at lunch. We split the 4pc fish and chips along with a cup of chowder for each of us. Nice thick chowder, pipping hot an great clam flavor (clams were present!) The fish and chips are done perfectly, lightly bread, moist fish and great tartar sauce (believe it is made in house). Will definetly be returning..

Awesome Asian chicken salad. There were 5 family members and all the food was great and the server was very good!

We chose this restaurant because of the location. It was the only one we could find that was right on the water. The crowd was definitely an older crowd, but the food and the service was very good. This restaurant sits at the end of a mall that seems to be dying. You really have to look for the restaurant.

For a touristy place they really do a good job. The fish and chips was not overly breaded and the wine was good.
