The crab panini was great, served on toasted focaccia bread. Clam chowder is also amazing. Drive through only service.

While in PA on vacation, my sister and I first landed at another restaurant that had no vegetarian soup choices. Ironically, it was a super-cool waitress at that restaurant who sent us to Toga's. Holy cow---if you want to know where to go, ask a...pro! Spot-on choice! We each had the caprese panini and Caribbean black bean soup. We agreed it was the best we've ever had. Fresh ingredients. Perfect temps. Exceptional flavor. Reasonably priced given the high quality. I'm pretty sure I nom..nom...nom'd all the way through lunch. (People were staring.) Truly, people were super friendly. We enjoyed talking with everyone---the chef even took the time to give us some hiking suggestions. What a cozy, warm atmosphere. When you come off Hurricane Ridge and you're freezing and starving, head to Toga's for a warm-up. It's right there near the bottom, and it won't disappoint. It's our new go-to when we're in town.More

The owner, his wife and the staff are very friendly and made my husband and I feel very welcomed. The food is fabulous and made with tasty ingredients too! Great place to relax and enjoy an afternoon meal.

Great soup and great sandwiches. Different soups each day. I had the Ultimate rueben sandwich and it was excellent. My wife had the hearty beef and barley soup. It was delicious. Great place but not open for dinners. Soups are all hand made.

We visit Port Angeles on a regular basis and when there we eat most of our lunches at Toga's. Soups and sandwiches are outstanding, good beer and wine available, nice people providing good service, simple but pleasant atmosphere. A regular sandwich menu (including daily special)...and rotating selection of four or five soups covering a range of tastes. If it sounds good, it'll probably be great. We love the soup + (large) half sandwich combo so that we aren't forced to make an either/or choice. There's usually a fast-moving line during peak lunch hours, but there's a good reason for that. The food is created and prepared by a big-city quality chef who has opted for small-town quality of life, and all of the staff (which includes his wife) are both nice and very competent. A real gem.More

We had been traveling since early morning to get to the Ferry to Victoria. Tired and hungry we looked for a place close to the ferry terminal to grab a quick bite, but we were disappointed in the options. A TA search brought us to...Toga's -- and what a nice surprise it was. Great homemade soups and sandwiches. The owner (Toga) came over to talk with us and made recommendations for restaurants in Victoria for us to try (which were also excellent). He also suggest an outrageous a slice of chocolate cake to send us on our way! The personal touch was much appreciated.More

The service here was lovely and we just got in before a line of people. Had the smoked salmon chowder but there was no smoke flavor and very few bits of salmon.

We had a really great lunch at Toga's. And the pastries were great too! The sandwich soup combo is a nice way to try more than one entree.

The place was bustling at 1:30 PM on an August weekday. It's a nice little bistro-style place with outdoor seating as well. We tried a bit of everything with soup, sandwich and salad. The quality was good, but nothing to justify the price, and we...found it highly unreasonable to pressure customers into leaving a 15-25% tip for counter service (the three "suggested" options on the credit card receipt). The staff was friendly and the place was nice, but unfortunately our overall experience was tarnished by the absurdly high prices and tip request.More

Visited Togas over vacation. Was one of the best lunches we had - so good we went back. Staff was outgoing and friendly.
