This is such a special place - relaxing environment, classical music in the background, fresh made in-house daily soups, salads, burgers and delightful meals. Everything is grand, except the price. The cost of meals is very moderate. You can even shop for darling children's toys and books in the cottage entrance. Think of a large comfortable tea room and that... More

Great Sunday morning breakfast with fresh bakery offerings. My meal (Country Veggie Browns) was excellent. Husband ordered the special crab omelet (for $17.95). All egg, very little crab.

This restaurant just drips country/cottage charm. Every inch of the interior is carefully designed and furnished to make you feel as though you are in a country cottage. We had two different waitresses, both of which were very charming, not to mention helpful.I enjoyed the biscuits and gravy while my wife had the vegetable scramble. The gravy was delicious and... If you could drink 25 cups of coffee for breakfast it wouldn't be a problem here. Very extensive menu. Good food and gigantic portions. Friendly attentive service.

Charming breakfast and lunch place. Varied offerings, scrambles, soups, sandwiches, pancakes, but save room for the baked goods, they are not to be missed.

We always enjoy our meals at the Chestnut Cottage. They are open for breakfast and lunch. The food is always fresh and delicious. Their baked goods are heavenly. (Try the cinnamon roll." Lunch is always a treat. Every day they have a fresh sheet plus their standard menu. I've never been disappointed.

Good brunch menu. This restaurant is a bit crying in its "grandma's house" decor but the brunch menu was good and the baked goods are generous and tasty.

Good restaurants are few and far between on the Washington Peninsula. We stumbled onto this one a few months ago and it's now our go to place for breakfast or lunch when we're in Port Angeles. The portions are a good size, the food is delicious and the staff is friendly. What more can you ask for?

Stopped here for lunch after reviews and we were pleasantly pleased. My husband and I split the spinach salad which was excellent, one of the best! We sat outside. The service was superb- they even split the salad for us which was much appreciated!
