Went here for a 50th birthday celebration (albeit with only a party of 3). The environment is pleasant enough, although, the rest of the experience was a great disappointment. Whilst we were provided with menus relatively quickly (the menus, although bound in a leather sheath,...More

Absolutely love the food here, simply stunning starters and the Sunday lunch is well worth travelling for, one of the best I have ever had. The outside space is really well done and the restaurant area inside feels very special. It's not particularly cheap so...More

The monkfish and seared scallops I ordered would have been memorable for all the right reasons had the sauce not been loaded with salt. The sauce on my partner's lamb was heavy with it as well. You can always add salt but you can never...More

We live fairly locally and wanted somewhere nearby to eat on a Saturday night. I have historically thought the food was good but overpriced. On this occasion they fitted us in at the last minute to be seated at 8.45pm as last orders are taken...More

I visited last week for the first time for lunch with a friend. I chose a crab mayonnaise sandwich expecting soft bread and delicious filling, maybe a little salad on the side. What I got was some thick round pieces of slightly toasted sourdough with...More

They have a sample menu online and they have dishes on there that are served continuously. However, the pub does a lot of seasonal menus so it cannot have a set one. I would highly recommend visiting though!
