When I am in Saipan, I go often to Shenanigans for several reasons. There is a varied menu with wonderful dining options. They also have some of the best wifi on the islands! And the service is always great. Not hurried, but taking cues from the guest. It's a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. I... More

I took my wife here for dinner. Everything was terrific. The food was cooked perfectly...from appetizers to dessert. The wait staff was friendly, professional and attentive. The atmosphere was delightful...The owners were even walking around interacting with their guests! Truly a wonderful dining experience! Don't miss this gem when on Saipan!

We especially liked this place for its vegetarian menu. The food was tasty and the portions were generous, so we ended up by going there twice. We tried the vegetarian enchiladas with black beans, the Moroccan strüdel, the curried veggies and the grilled mahi. Mains are served with either soup or salad. The day's special is also available. All dishes... More

This place was recomended to me by Harry of Axe Murderer Tours (diving). I was very happy with the selection of vegetarian options! I ate the tofu lasagna. It was very good, though quite lacking with the noodles - expected more pasta, but it was really just tofu and veggies, with a bit of noodle.

This well managed and clean eatery serves up well plated and tasty dishes. The brewed tea, nice desserts and focacia bread/oil dip appetizer are all nice. A lunch special in the mid teens was good.

Went to this place for dessert and enjoyed the cheese and chocolate cakes and the drinks. Friendly service, good value for money.

It was ok. Strange place- the wine was subpar but the fish with mango sauce was delicious. Service is painfully slow- even though we were the only ones there! It feels like an awkward name for a semi fancy place..

Stopped at Shenanigan's for lunch in Garapan, Saipan. The restaurant is located on the main road (Beach Road) near the Galleria. There was a nice selection of sandwiches and burgers and the portions were large. It was not inexpensive for lunch (about $35-40 for two) but the food was good, the choice more than adequate, and the service quick (you... More

Not too shabby. Tried two of their pastas and it was very good. They're sandwiches and burgers were delish too. Good portion and very satisfying. I would go back again.
