Had a beautiful lunch here sitting on the deck with our dogs in the sun. (unfortunately the dogs aren't allowed on the walking tracks, but they enjoyed the cafe)

We had a dinner tonight. Our food was tasty, portions large and the service was at high level. The ribeye was the best we had in New Zealand! Highly recommend!

Excellent food. Had both breakfast and dinner here. They have a children's menu so do ask for that if you have a kid. Expect to pay around 40 nzd per pax for dinner and around 30 nzd per pax for breakfast.

The good here is really good, large portions and considering the location is a very fair price. Coffee was good too, all in all this is a great place to start your day around the glacier region.

This is a popular stop for tour coaches but don't let that put you off. We arrived fairly early so opted for the breakfast pastries and coffee both of which were very good, made even better by the delightful views from the terrace.
