Have visited these premises on many occasions and have never been disappointed. Went there last Saturday for dinner with my grandchildren and we enjoyed the fabulous food, cooked well, large portions, and served by friendly staff. Would recommend this establishment to anyone.

Called in for late lunch with kids. Ordered eggs benn and works wedges. Wedges were not very hot and I had to go back and ask for Chilli sauce and sour cream. Eggs were very good, coffee was good and cost was ok. Not enough staff as tables hadn't been cleared which made the place look untidy.

my partner and I went in today and had a eggs bene and a wedges, first off the coffee was fantastic, had to order another one! being a chef its hard not to judge on what you order, the eggs bene was great and perfectly cooked and the rosti was perfectly seasoned! the wedges were another great hit! definitely will... Lovely fish parcel with fresh seasonal vegetables and a superb lamb shank. Host was friendly and helpful. Best in Tairua.

Awesome food, and good choice of menu. Lacked a little atmosphere and lighting was a bit harsh for an evening meal but staff were welcoming and all round good place for dinner.

We had the mussels takeaway last night and they were awesome. Solved my craving for seafood. We first went to amother bar where we saw they had mussels on the online menu but unfortunately they stop serving them. We felt lucky The Pepe still have them. The mussels were served with creamy red curry sauce, garlic, onion and white wine.... More

The place lacks a bit of atmosphere with the waiting staff. The food was excellent which made up for it. salmon was fantastic well done to the chef plus all the others meals awesome. Please smile or make an effort to visitors you made us feel unwelcome , you'd would have had 5 stars
