We went to El Chef last night and we very much enjoyed the food. The lomo a la piedra is so flavorful and it’s the specialty of the house. It comes with crispy fries, or you can substitute for patacones, which I had. The steaks...More

We had dinner twice here. The hotrock steak is great and the portions are big. Could not fault the food or service. Recommended for carnivores.

We had the steak on a hot stone and it was delicious. Cooked perfect. The soup was also very good. Service with a smile. Not too many places you can get steak dinners for three with beer for around $35.

I’ve had steaks in the American west, as well as western Argentina, but the Loma de Piedra at this place was as good as any, especially considering the price (less than $10). It would be hard to beat that price anywhere, even cooking it myself....More
