I understand we've locally had the warmest winter on record.... so I know we have a lot of Ice Melt and Road Salt laying around.... every place has bags of Salt in the back just in case that Snow ever comes..... Well, this year the...snow never came and now I know what you're doing with all that Salt laying around....
The last 4 meals I've had at Antonios..... Chicken Diane, Filets Portuguese, Pork Aletajana, and Lamb Shanks...... were waaaaay over salted. ..... so much so that i've been having "salt sweats" from it and drinking water like crazy.......
Now I know very well that Portuguese people are frugal and make the most with what we have laying around...... but please use the Salt for the wintery roads and use just a minimum on the food itself.More
