We were a big group that came in for lunch. Had to repeatedly ask for food. I had (what was advertised as an amazing worth-the-wait) fideo seco which was mushy pasta with tomato sauce. The enmoladas were ok. Dishes came at very different intervals, one of the soups in our group was stone cold. Waiter service was sub par. The... More

We were there on a Saturday night and I'm not sure if it was the atmosphere, the staff, the music, the food or the margaritas (likely all of the above), but our family of five collectively agreed this was, if not our favorite all-time meal it was in the top couple. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful,... More

Breakfast in thursday, skip cafe de olla doesnt taste like pilonsillo also skip the watered down green juice. Food is tasteless and i cant recommend anything. Uncomfortable metal frame chairs. People working there are very attentive but i go for the food. Breakfast prices are cheap.

I went there based on a number of great reviews and the supposedly excellent food. However, I left very disappointed. The soup I ordered was tasteless and cold. I ordered a Frida Martini which was not even the size of a shot of tequila. Then after all the fanfare from the staff about the Pipian Verde and Chicken I am... More

This place is not very big, but it has an outstanding menu, the dishes are all from the local dishes of puebla, but the way they cook is excellent, If you are during season you should try chiles en nogada, and if not try de enmoladas. Sometimes there is music that makes even better the experience, there is a buffete... More

Good regional food (mole poblano mainly, cemitas and picaditas). Bathrooms were very clean, and that's a plus! Good service in general (but a little slow). There was a singer who picked songs for people in their 40's. I dislike loud places, but my friends didn't complain about this. We wanted to have breakfast here, since we were on our way... More

From the agua de pepino con limon, to the flauta appetizer, to our main dishes of camerones de ajilla and pepian Verde con pollo....everything was so good. Pleasant atmosphere too and friendly wait staff. The corn tortillas were the best I've ever had. I figured this would be just an okay place since its right off the zocolo, but it... More

Service was good, owner was nice and helpful with her suggestions. Prices were great! Owner shared a different variety of avocado with us. Definetly would go back when we visit Cholula again.

We ate at this restaurant based on TripAdvisor reviews and were really really sorry. We placed our orders fairly quickly, and then settled in for a very long wait. The table next to us came after us, ate and left before we were served anything but drinks. Our waiter disappeared, but there was a small army of other waiters running... More
