Good place to stop & grab a coffee out on their terrace and watch the world go by. Certainly has the atmosphere but the staff are not great on the service.

This bar in Parque Marti undoubtedly occupies one of the best spots in Cienfuegos overlooking the plaza with its fabulous architecture. The terrace in front of the bar is always busy, grab a table as soon as someone gets up to leave. The waiters are...More

It’s an atmospheric place right at the Central Park. We enjoyed drinks there several times and felt really welcome there.

I had a cold refreshing lemon drink on a hot day and enjoyed sitting out on the terrace, listening to elderly gentlemen play music and watching people wander past. A pleasant way to spend some time .

The El Palatino is real Cuban, yes the place needs some upkeep, and the staff is informal, and you could wait a long time until you realize that you should just walk to the bar and get the stuff that you need. I suspect this...More

This is a wonderful old bar loved by locals and tourists. Finding a chair can be difficult, but just take a walk and return. Service is not excellent, but I felt much happier having visited this place than any of Hemingways preferences in Havanna.
