We had fish and chips here on September 23. The restaurant was full at 5:30 PM with locals, tourists and powerline installation workers.Good atmosphere - great service - very good food (a little salty for my taste).

We returned to this pub 4 times. The food was top notch with very friendly & efficient staff. The building had lots of character. The specials everyday were delicious.

We ate at Three Sisters several times during our trip to Placentia and were satisfied with each experience. The best dish I had was a seafood and pasta special with a nice creamy wine sauce. The desserts were terrific, especially the bread pudding. The service...More

We ate at The Three Sisters for lunch. I really enjoyed the soup de jour and my husband said that the burger was one of the best burger he had in NL.

We came across this friendly restaurant visiting Placenta. We enjoyed cod fish and onion rings and fresh tasting beet and goat cheese salad with chicken to make it more filling. The chicken was plain. I prefer a little spice, like blackening seasoning on the chicken.

This was the closest restaurant to our B&B, just a few steps away, but even if it had been at the other end of town, it would have been worth it. Because this is THE place to go for fish & chips. Best ones ever...More

Was. Looking forward to eating here, sadly staff on the evening we visited were far less than hospitable. Very disappointing. Food was great, if service had been that would have been amazing!

My dad and I stopped by this restaurant by accident in the middle of a road trip around Newfoundland. He had the cod cakes and I had the moose sausage bangers and mash: both were home-style excellence! The servers were very kind and attentive and...More
