Went to Mammy's on advice from Natchez Visitor Center. My Reuben was OK, but corned beef was grocery store packaged, not deli-sliced. Big flavor difference. Veg soup was good. Potato salad was 'OK.' Wife's chicken salad sandwich was good, but didn't seem to have the ginger and pineapple mentioned on the menu. I wanted a glass of plain ice water.... More

I love to have lunch here when I come home to visit! The chicken salad and soup is my all time favorite! I don't ever try anything else. Of course, don't pass on the dessert! Banana caramel pie is to die for! I am always stuffed so we share a piece! The hummingbird cake is good but I always go... More

This is an eccentric spot, worthy of a visit on the way from Natchez to Vicksburg. Unfortunately, we were passing through on a Monday, when the Cupboard does not open, so if you are keen to eat (as we were), make sure you plan to visit on a different day. Quirky and fun spot. Glad we got to see it... More

We had lunch here after seeing the cool look of the building on TripAdvisor. It was a neat experience however I found the food to be overpriced. A PBJ sandwich was over $6.00. The menu is limited to sandwiches and the daily special. The service was great and the desserts looked amazing.

I had Mammy's Chicken Salad and it was wonderful. The sourdough bread was absolutely the best bread I've ever eaten. The pies are just as beautiful as I saw on tv and delicious. Apparently most GPS will send you in the wrong direction on Hwy 61, we found Mammy's with only a slight detour.

The people are nice. It was a bit small inside. What do you expect with it being in that type of building. Lol. I got the grilled cheese. I loved it!

This was a "must stop" for my husband, myself and our granddaughter on the Blues Trail. It is a unique piece of history even though it has been painted over to be more politically correct. However the restaurant itself had several Aunt Jemima -type items for sale. So if you are sensitive to this type of thing, do not go... More

We stopped for pie and lemonade. The banana caramel pie was super tasty. The blueberry lemonade was refreshing and good. Pretty sweet and free refills. Owner runs the cash register and granddaughter waitresses and makes the dessert. Very friendly. Worth a stop.

Ok... you're driving down the road, just outside of Natchez, MS and you suddenly see it! This big skirted "mammy" shaped building that you've seen on TV shows, etc. You just have to stop -- and we did. After admiring the building and walking in, the actual skirt part of the building is fairly small with just a couple tables.... More

I like simplicity and authenticity. This place is both. If you're looking for a five star dining experience this is not for you. If you want some simple, down home food you should definitely stop in for lunch and dessert (it's all they serve). I had the grill cheese and a piece of banana caramel pie for dessert. If I'm...
