We came three times during a recent visit. The food is good and simple and the outdoor terrace has fantastic views.

Mountain Home Inn is beautifully located above Mill Valley with great views around. The menu is quite limited but serves the purpose for lunch. they have few parking spots with priority resident guests. The service was a bit slot and the staff members were constantly...More

The view is amazing but the quality of hotel and service is way behind the view. I picked Room 6 over their other rooms for 2 nights, based on info provided on the website, but when we arrived we noticed they put us in another...More

Dinning room closes at 9pm. Great breakfast, Sunday brunch, also have had dinner here. A long drive up the hill, but worth it. We have friends who live nearby and eat here often.

This place is pretty much all by itself on the Panoramic highway. They have a bar and dining, and the views from the patio are spectacular.

I chose this hotel because of its location on the edge of Muir Woods and was not disappointed. It's really the only place to stay if you want to be near Mt Tam and do a minimum of driving. The Inn has been operating since...More

We didn't stay at the inn however, we did eat at the restaurant. Very rustic and homely atmosphere. I had Crab Cakes and Vodka Mint Hot Chocolate which was delicious! If you're in the area definitely go.
