Great service, nice atmosphere outside, clean and good food. Close to park and a fair selection of food.

Very low key and relaxing place, not fancy but the food was good. Interesting assortment of items, Sherpa influence. close to Mt Rainier and Alexanders Lodge

The food was pretty good...not too spicy. The portion size was adequate and it was served quickly. The service (as far as getting our water refilled) was a little slow. We felt it was a little pricey, but we would eat there again.

This is the best Restaurant in Ashford. We highly recommend all of the Himalayan dishes and the portobello burger. The lentil soup is incredible also. Definitely worth the stop.

My favorite dinner in the Mt. Rainier area. Did't expect to find authentic Himalayan food on the mountain...but with all the climbers... "duh!" Great, casual outdoor seating when the weather permits.

We were staying just outside Mount Rainier NP, and having seen the good reviews, we decided to eat our first dinner here. The food was very good. Nothing fancy, but definitely satisfying and well-made. My vegetarian son especially appreciated the lentil soup and vegetable moma. The atmosphere was laid back and very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The... More

Excellent Choice. The menu features authentic Himalayan foods but also offers traditional American choices. Both are good. Fast service and nice portion sizes. Bring a jacket or sweatshirt and sit on the outdoor patio.

I have to say i was very skeptical about eating here again but but husband loves it so i decided to give it one more try. It was actually very good and tasty. The prices are outrageous but everything around here is. A great place to eat and we will be back. Glad they upped their cooking and recipes!

One cool, foggy and rainy late August evening, we took the advice of our innkeeper and strolled in to this cute little place that promised good Sherpa-Himalayan food. A new one for us well seasoned travelers who are always up for something new and different in the way of food or culture; here, we encountered both! We ordered a recommended... More

Under new management. One of the few restaurants (or at least decent ones) near the entrance to Mt. Rainier National Park. Currently owned by a renowned mountain climber, Lhakpa Gelu Sherpa. Lhakpa (owner) has climbed Mt. Everest 15 times, and also holds record for the fastest ascent of Mt. Everest in 10 hours 56 minutes and 46 seconds. Wildberry serves both traditional American Mountain Menu (burgers, trout, sandwich, fish n chips, chicken strips, chicken fried steak etc.) as well as authentic Sherpa-Himalayan food (mom, stew, Thali, etc.)from Tibet & Nepal.
