A big group of us came in for Grandma's birthday and were treated superbly! Great food and the gals were awesome as always! The easy access, trees, and mountain views make me love Longmire more and more every visit!

Of course we came back-it's Mt Rainier! We had a wonderful lunch and a great time talking with the servers. Grandma really loves those ladies!! Nice job everyone!

We had our meals at the restaurant during our stay. Excellent service, with a smile, and recommendations about the park. Breakfasts were served with great care, and so were dinners - very attentive servers. We enjoyed the ambience, the wonderful photos on the walls, and of course the view.

A delightful historic facility, complete with an amazing fireplace in the game room. The staff were very attentive and helpful. We opted for a room with a bathroom. The rooms are small by current standards, but comfy. No television, telephone, wifi or phone signal for distractions. A great place to discount for a couple days and get out to hike... More

My first bite of the Easter offering was a skinny, pathetic sausage link so old and dry it cut the roof if my mouth. The taste of blood at least gave some kind of flavor to an otherwise bland, unimaginative, and mediocre buffet. The hockey puck muffins and BURNT scones somehow were placed in the dining room despite being inedible.... More

Restaurant serves good quality national park food. Winter is a good time to cozy up in this hotel, although the rooms are pretty bare bones. Downstairs is a nice community room with a fireplace, books and games. Sit on the wide porch in chairs and have a close-up of the mountain when the weather is clear. Snowy in winter. Must... More

We camped at several National Parks this summer and tried to eat at the lodges. Breakfast on a rainy morning was comforting. My husband and I both ordered omelets, which were generous and delicious! Service was very good.

I've read lots of reviews for this lodging and I need to throw in my .02 too. Yes, it's expensive--but you are RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE of one of the most beautiful national parks in the country. Yes, the room was average--but you can look out your window or sit in a rocking chair on the porch and see the... More

It was raining the whole time we spent at the Inn but we still enjoyed being in the forest and using our imagination to 'see' the Mountain. We had delicious comfort food for lunches and dinners. The dining room is no frills....but perfect for the lodge setting. Wait staff interesting and very helpful. The restaurant was quiet and inviting...nothing like... More
