Nice to place to sit and grab a drink/ice cream/hot meal, overlooking the sea. Great on a summer day with less wind, but otherwise make sure you are well wrapped up.

A great al fresco dining experience. worth signing up for the regular email explaining what is going on throughout the year. A good walk to get to this place but well worth the trip with eating and barbequeing on the beach. Just fabulous

Always busy serving fab food and drinks to customers from Porthcurnick beach and walkers on the South West Coastal Path. Plenty of outdoor seating, child and dog friendly. Would love to try the summer evening Feast Nights but tickets are like gold dust!

Having visited Portscatho 20 years earlier the hut used to sell pasties and ice creams. Returning to the hidden hut it has stepped up its game. Firstly a stunning location, seriously, the rose land has some gorgeous views. The food , well home made pasties and sausage rolls, focaccia rolls, and lots of home made meals. Served from freshly bubbling... More

We love this place - no frills but great food, cooked freshly on site with wonderful views of the beach. We drove for two and a half hours to get there for our fifth visit and it's always really really good.

Called in between Christmas and New Year as I had been raving about the place to my brother. We didn't get there till about 2.30 and there wasn't a full selection left, but we had veggie pasties and they were absolutely delicous.. Roll on next summer when we will be back.

Quite ashamed to say, despite being Cornish, we have only just visited The Hidden Hut. A pleasant stroll from the Portscatho carpark across a couple of small fields to arrive at the Hut. Stunning views of the sea and dog friendly, we were lucky to pick a sunny day. Queue for food but it didn't take long, have to be... More

Hidden hut is a lovely spot but has possibly outgrown itself. Views are amazing and its a great place to stop for a drink. Don't go expecting to get food however. Three occasions over past 12 months we've been there no pasties left and very little other food available, all occasions have been early/mid afternoon so not exactly a legitimate... More

Found out about this place by accident some time ago and took the opportunity to visit on our way back from St Ives…so glad we did. Weather was fresh but who cares when there is great food to eat. Indulged in an Indian coconut Dahl and brioche pudding to finish it off. I consider it value for money and worth... More

Have just been to The Hidden Hut above Porthcurnick beach for a New Year's Day Lunch with family and friends. Great atmosphere and really good food. The smoked haddock, bacon and crab chowder with croutons and focaccia roll was out of this world. This was my first visit to The Hidden Hut. It certainly won't be my last.
