This place is just the worst. I had a bad experience a few years back and decided to give them another try only to be disappointed yet again. Everyone I have ever talked to from this restaurant is extremely rude. You make a reservation and...they have no idea how to keep a reservation. I’ve had my reservation canceled before due to it raining outside when I never even asked for outside seating. Then again for Mother’s Day coming up I made a reservation only to be called several days beforehand demanding payment otherwise my reservation would be canceled. Please don’t waste your time at this restaurant and give other places your business instead because this place clearly has no idea what they are doing.More

Traditional atmosphere but impressuve food presentation. We started with the Cold Mezzes and picked 5. There are options or 3 also. The biggest hit was the beer and goat cheese. Wow. All served on a pedestal.

Great spot for a group. The restaurant has a great tucked away garden. We had our 2 year old with us. It wasn't an issue. The food was good.

We had the most awful service ever that should never be given to any customer. After looking at the reviews and menu I made a reservation to celebrate my husband’s birthday along with family. We were 7 adults 3 kids. I had made the bookings...for 7:30 pm on May 1st Monday. And due to working day I called the restaurant at 6:45pm if we could move the reservations to 8:00pm which I was told no problem at all as the restaurant would close by 10pm and kitchen closes by 9:15pm. When we arrived at the restaurant the head server MIKE (strong British accent) welcomed us and in next 10 mins of arriving our appetizers were on our table. He rushed us into finalizing our order sure as the kitchen was to close. While we waited for our entree we ordered another round of calamari (appetizer) and told MIKE to pace the entree (the time 8:30). He got the entree despite us telling him to pace it out which we felt rushed but we gave him the benefit of doubt that the kitchen would be closing. When he hit us the entree we told him to not bring the appetizer calamari as it was suppose to come before dinner. To this he still brought the calamari out and said “OH I hate wasting food but I will throw them in the trash” we were shocked to hear his rude behavior. My husband tried talking but he kept interjecting insisting on sprinkling black pepper as if to tick mark his job. This was a BYOB place and my husband got an expensive $150 scotch which he butchered the cork ensuring the bottle couldn’t be closed. He brought my son 3 Pattie’s with fries while we ordered meat balls on the menu which was suppose to be on a bed of Marinara sauce and cheese. My son didn’t eat his dinner as the Pattie’s which were suppose to be meatballs were dry and insipid. I ordered salad that looked more like ratatouille all muggy and jumbled. The food seemed it was simply reheated and not flavorful at all. Above this when we asked for a manager and surely instead of the manager other servers came to resolve the matter which they couldn’t understand as they didn’t seem to understand English and kept telling us to lower our voices as they were worried about their image rather than apologizing for the atrocious behavior of server MIKE and the horrible FOOD !! All if this was still at 9 pm where we still had 1 hour to our reservation and we were simply pushed to finish !! Later the coowner of the restaurant came and apologized for the situation by this time the entire experience and my husbands birthday celebrations were ruined. The headserver MIKE came to give us the bill and removed $100 off the amount ! While the gesture was fine I’m shocked that the restaurant owners thought of giving a discount would negate and put the entire experience good. Money isn’t the issue and we wouldn’t come to this restaurant if we couldn’t afford but the entire experience was simply horrible ! It’s okay to have a bad day but when guests come to a restaurant they expect good or great service polite people and words that could still meet the timelines staying polite kind !! I hope we didn’t experience this because of OUR COLOR!!!!!!More

Ambiance is nice, service good but the food was only hit and miss. The appetizer tray was very good and the baklava was good albeit a hefty price. The big disappointments were the lamb chops and the smoked ribeye. Both were $40 (highest priced items...on menu) so you would expect them to be great, but they were far short. Lamb chops ordered medium (as the chef recommended) and they were honestly the driest lamb chops I think I’ve ever had, and I’ve had plenty. My wife’s smoked ribeye was also dry with limited flavor except the post-cooked smoke-for-show. Maybe the place is new. We’ll give it a year and if still there we’ll try it again.More

A group of us went for brunch and had a very nice time. The service was good, and the atmosphere is very pretty and relaxing. We tried every appetizer and they were quite good, even sharing with a large group there was plenty although the...restaurant is not known for overwhelming you with its amounts of food. The flavors were very well done. For the center of Morristown the pricing is about what you would expect which is to say a little high, but again if you like Mediterranean food this would be a very nice place to try and very good for a date.More

Having grown up in Detroit, I grew up on middle eastern food. It’s been a while since we have had anything decent in Morristown. Finally, an upscale good middle eastern restaurant! The place is situated on Catano Avenue in Morristown. There is a large outdoor...patio with plenty of seating even for large groups. We were able to secure a reservation for five of us last minute. Service was prompt and it appeared that they had plenty of weight staff. Their menu is diverse with cold or hot Mezza. We ordered the tzatziki labneh, hummus, smoky eggplant and watermelon feta. All of them were amazing but I was mostly impressed with the tabouli which appeared to have a hint of mint and the smoky eggplant which truly was unbelievable. Falafel was very good as well. We ordered main courses as well. The chicken shish was very tender and cooked perfectly. The Bronzino was also cooked excellent. my son had lamb chops and said they were good, however seemed like they could do without the gravy on top. The baklava came out within 1 minute of us ordering it and was EXCELLENT. Some of the best I’ve ever had. The only negative- My brother in law ordered a Turkish coffee and said he didn’t think it was good. Still, the superior quality of the rest of the night gives this place five stars!More

We love that it’s BYOB. If you’re looking for great Mediterranean cuisine, this is the place to go to. Everything we ordered was delicious! Our server went out of her way to describe what we are ordering, very solicitous, without being nosy. Loved the place...but there was a table with a kid that was screaming on top of her lungs for so long and the adults in the party did not do anything to calm her down or at least take her out. Not the restaurant’s fault but definitely ruined the mood.More

I would leave zero stars if I could. Rude manager and pushy servers. We we told we could stay only for two hours. I asked manager why she didn’t inform me when I made reservation by phone? She answered with nasty attitude that it’s on...website I supposed to read by myself. So what is your job? Be rude to customers??? Also if you want to sit outside in the igloo it’s 65$ per person. And of course nobody told me that when I called. They actually don’t think about customers. The food quality and flavor is poor, but you still have to order food for the amount 65$. Maybe that’s why this place has a such trashy food. And last but not least, 18% tip is already included so our server Oya didn’t really care of us.More

This restaurant is fantastic. My wife and I came for a date night last Saturday. The ambience is romantic but also good for groups. It's very lively and the decor is whimsical. There are igloos for the more COVID cautious. We ate inside. As the...nice as the restaurant was, the food was the star of the show. My wife had the Eggplant Medley appetizer and then the Adana Pistachio. It was all very flavorful. I had the Mediterranean Fries and then the Turkish Manti (essentially Turkish tortellini if you didn't know - I didn't). All delicious. Parking was very convenient in the municipal parking garage just down the block. The only thing that could have been better is the restaurant is BYOB and we did not. Also, it was about 8 degrees out, so while warm inside, it was a short, but cold, walk to the car.More

Four of us had dinner here on a Wednesday night. We ate in one of the heated igloos outside. Igloo dining is a $65 prix fixe dinner--appetizer, entree and dessert. It's BYOB so we brought our own wine. It was very pleasant dining in the...igloo, though we had to open the flap periodically to let in fresh air because it got humid inside. Service was attentive for the most part, and the appetizers were tasty. However the entrees were a disappointment. The filet mignon was very small and not good quality. The grilled shrimp salad came with shrimp that were cold (which made us wonder how long ago they were grilled) and the shrimp tasted awful. The other two entrees (shrimp casserole and a lamb dish) were just okay. Also portion sizes were quite small. If you like Mediterranean restaurants, there are better places. We don't plan on coming back.More
