The wait was a bit long, but well worth it for a Saturday morning. The staff is friendly, even with being behind on food service. Kitchen was without their cook, but the owner did a great job in preparing the dish.

Great place for breakfast. Great pancakes. Service was good and staff was friendly. I'd recommend this if you want a good old fashioned breakfast.

I had the best corned beef hash here that I've honestly ever had. The home fries are fabulous and the coffee was also good (a plus as many cafes only offer sludge). They have a great selection of southwestern, country, and regular old American-style breakfasts. Didn't check out the lunch menu but I'd expect anything from this place is cooked... More

Most of the food was pretty average breakfast food. (The hash browns were the frozen patty variety, not real potatoes.) The only thing we thought was special were the pecan waffles. The coffee mugs are kind of small and required frequent refills. Didn't bother going back during our stay. The waitress was good though.

It's a very good place to eat. It's not fancy, but the food is good. The baby back ribs were good. I had roast beef with chilies on sourdough bread. Plenty of food for a good price

We really enjoyed our breakfast here. The waitress was super friendly and service was excellent. Great coffee. An unexpected bonus was the choice of four different cheeses for an omelet: cheddar, swiss, pepper jack, or provolone.

We ate breakfast several days in a row. Good portions, good coffee, and inexpensive, or I should say several dollars cheaper than a Denny's.

Ate here three times, once for lunch, twice for breakfast. Lunch was homemade soup FULL of chicken pieces and vegetables, a very nice surprise. Homemade apple pie was a big slice of goodness! Breakfast was waffles, eggs, and oatmeal, all done up the way they should be! Nicest waitstaff I've come across in a long time, and there seemed to... More

We stumbled into camp verde after some local adventures in the area. A gentleman recommended Verde Cafe as a great place to eat in town. He was correct, the breakfast ( we had chicken fried steak) was cooked perfectly and tasted fantastic! The staff is friendly and offered some great advice on local shopping and fishing, food is reasonably priced... More
