Been eating here for The best fajitas in town. Get the Tijuana Fajitas mixed with marinated steak and tasty chicken. The amount you get is very generous. I washed it down with a clean tap draft beer and a top shelf Tequila. Also, must try...the Saltenas. Vegetarians should try the Seafood Burrito. Choices: Crab & shrimp, tilapia, chargrilled shrimp. Topped with melted cheese and salsa ranchera. Prices are good and atmosphere is cool. Big color TV’s live dj and bands music on the weekends.More

While strolling Carroll Creek, we stopped in to have lunch outdoors with great views of the creek. We waited for a table to be cleared and was asked by 3 different employees if we had been helped yet. So they seemed attentive. After being seated,...we were served cold water and chips/salsa. The chips and salsa were so-so. The cold water was nice on a summers day. However, we consistently were overlooked for re-fills. We were going to get the Modelo on tap but chose the mix-n-match 3 margaritas of lime, mango and passion fruit for $15. They come in roughly a 5 oz glass and while we ordered frozen they arrived on the rocks. Ok not a deal breaker but disappointing. The passion fruit was the star of the 3 with the house lime margarita a close second. As another reviewer said, order your food with the drinks otherwise you'll wait 45 min to an hour. Too bad we didn't read that review earlier. BTW, the do not serve the lunch menu on the weekends. So we had the days special of some chicken dish and a 3 enchilada dish. It took so long to arrive that I had to walk back to the car and dump in another hours worth of quarters. The presentation on both was good but the dishes lacked that "WOW" factor to make you come back again. Given that I had to get my own water, the considerable wait times and improper drink order I don't think we'll be going back. If we do ever go back, it would be to people watch and drink beers/margaritas outside.More

Visited this restaurant on a Saturday evening quite by chance. Was initially impressed with the variety and selection available. My husband and I sat at the bar and enjoyed delicious Margaritas. The bartender was swamped but still was able to provide us with attentive service....The manager came over and spoke with us to make sure that we had everything we needed. We ordered dinner and between the two of us ordered a specialty overstuffed Burrito and a selection of Enchiladas in addition to Chili Rellanos. Everything was served with a beautiful presentation, was hot and all of the sauces were perfect. Can't say enough about the Chili Rellanos! Authentic and the best part of the meal! Reasonably priced. We will be returning soon!More

First (and last) visit after viewing Christmas lights on Carroll Creek. No server showed up for 20 minutes. Had started looking for other restaurants with openings. Finally a server from far end of restaurant took our drinks and food order. Single shining employee. 2 or...3 servers had been stepping around our table the whole time, avoiding two closed menus and eye contact. Chips and salsa only so-so. Entrees good, but not extraordinary. Won't be back. Way too many good restaurants in Frederick.More

I don't have any complaints. Service was excellent. We were waiting for the last of our table and they kept the chips and salsa coming and checked in on us. We started with Guacamole, very tasty. I ordered the Burrito with steak which was very...good. Steak had great flavor. They made an excellent Manhattan!.I would definitely come back. Everyone at my table enjoyed there entrees as well!More

I didn't know much about the creek that runs through the historic downtown, but when I was told about it, I was eager to see it. I walked along the creek, looking at the restaurants along its pretty banks, and settled on RoRo's. I was...glad I did. I am vegetarian, and there were plenty of options on the menu. The food - fish tacos - was delicious, as were the chips and salsa. Sitting outside was wonderful, as was my server, Sarah. She was most attentive, even switching an umbrella from a nearby table to shade me at mine. I could not have had a nicer server or experience.More

Stopped while traveling on a Saturday afternoon. Location was really great. Had nice outside seating which drew us to the place. Got some sort of odd explanation as to why we couldn't sit outside even though there were plenty of open tables. So we were...seated inside. It took awhile to get our orders placed. when we went to place our orders we were not able to order what we wanted because they didn't do the lunch menu on Saturday. It didn't say that anywhere. It ended up being way too expensive with forgettable food. We regretted our choice.More

A quick look at the menu and I see Veggie quesadillas and Garden Burrito. It might help to call the restaurant too. Sometimes they can be more accommodating if you let them know in advance. Hope that helps.
