Attentive staff. Very good enchiladas. Large powerful margaritas which were a bit sweet. Best garlicky salad dressing I have for a long time. So good purchased a quart to take home. Caveat on house dressing— only for lovers of garlic. Yum!

We arrived just before closing, after a long drive. The manager said he'd keep it open a little longer to accommodate us. They've allowed seating inside for the last couple of weeks. We're vegetarian and the waiter told us what the options were, a nice...assortment. We opted for the vegetarian burritos which were terrific! So big that we had to take half back to the hotel. The tortillas were pink which the waiter attributed to tomatoes in the mix. Taste was great and the price was good, just under $10 per burrito, very reasonable for the huge size. I recommend it highly.More
Rosita's has no windows so isn't too inviting at night, but all that disappeared as soon as we walked in. My 2 enchiladas were very good, service excellent. I had the cheese enchiladas with pork toping, sauce on top. I have had better chips and...salsa but they fine, my margarita was better than most and the service was friendly and prompt.More
Great food and friendly service. We had the combo fajitas and they were tender With lots of flavor. Homemade tortillas were very good.
We ate here a few times over the past week. Jerry the owner was very nice and accommodating. The food was good, with large portions. The flour and corn chips were great and the homemade salsa was tasty. One more highlight of dinner....the margaritas were...fantastic! Next time I visit Barstow you can bet I’ll be back!More
Always friendly and inviting atmosphere. Food tastes fresh and hot. Our go to for Mexican cuisine. Margaritas are the best!
if you are coming from Las Vegas on I15, this restaurant is ideally located before the highway forks to LA or Bakersfield. The owner, Anastasia, took our order and the food was expertly served by Cameron. They were huge portions. No wonder the restaurant has...been around for four generations. If you’the hungry, stop here.More
Thank you so much for your amazing review. Hope to see you again on your next trip!
This place is infested with roaches and rats . I seen rodent droppings around the corners of the building inside. Dead roaches around the soda machine And the bar sink. And the waitress is rude and the food is under cooked. And the drinks are...watered down or they don't know how to make them right. And the cook had a hacking cough and was preparing food .More
This Mexican restaurant has been family owned from the beginning. It is a huge place great for dining as well as parties. The decor is awesome as is the food and service. The drinks are yummy, too. Highly recommend!!!
This restaurant has been owned and operated by the same family for over 60 years. They also have never charged for chips and salsa. The kitchen is ran by legitimate Mexican cooks who have followed the same recipes for decades. It always bothers me when...people trash family owned and operated establishments who have provided a great service to our small community for years and years. If you think this tastes like "Canned food" then clearly you've never had homemade New Mexico style meals. This isn't a food truck serving $1 tacos, it's a sit-down family style eatery and the entire staff does a great job!More
