On the plus side, it's a good chain that delivers decent food and wine at manageable prices. Never any unpleasant surprises and always packed: reservations are advised even during the week. On the down side, success is taken for granted. Service is not as good as it might be, the noise levels are uncomfortable, waiting times are sometimes on the... More

Definitely a place for locals. Decor okay. Wait staff good. Food salty and pasta sauce runny. Very pricey for what we got. The salad was good and should have been for the price. We were very disappointed.

For a Chain corporation, Kudos to that establishment. My wife and I and 4 family members went to Papa Razzi in Concord and indeed enjoyed it. The food was piping hot, delicious and well presented. The service was friendly and professional. The nicest touch of the evening was the stop by the manager to our table inquiring our satisfaction or... More

Only my second visit but again felt welcome. Waiters are tentative and informative. Will definitely come back again as close to home

We had our anniversary dinner at Papa Razzi because we knew it would be good. And it was close by. We made a reservation, but it wasn't really necessary as the restaurant was not busy when we arrived around 6 pm on a Summer evening. Our booth was in the main dining room where it's light and open. The server... More

I ate at this place when I first arrived in town. The kitchen was about to close but they let me place an order which I was grateful after a long day of traveling by train then by car. The wine list was extensive and the staff attentive. Don't pass this place by!

Have gone by here many times but never stopped. Traffic was backed up on Route 2 and decided to stop. So glad we did. Part of group had surf and turf. Was a bit underdone but quickly corrected. Scallop risotto was tasty. Grilled tomato caprese salad was outstanding. Will come again. Sorry had not stopped before. Special pricing on Mangia... More

I often find myself pulled to Papa Razzi's. The wine list is extensive for the area, a plus for a wine taster. The food is freshly prepared, in fact if you sit at one end of the bar you can watch the cooks. I tend to order the chicken piccata as the chicken is always light and melts in your... More

We came here for a family dinner The pasta was home-made (or looked that way) with a nice sauce. The salads were large and nicely dressed. I "borrowed" a taste of the brownie sundae and it was excellent. It's probably not the first thing that you would order in an Italian restaurant, but it was delicious. The waitress was excellent....
