Ate here a few times during our stay. The location is fabulous, but we had mixed service. For a drink and mediocre tapas (but it is a beach bar so don't expect tapas as in Almunecar) it was great during the week. Saturday lunch however on a sunny day we waited for an outside table. In the end we went... More

Great restaurant! Paella is very tasty. Since the owner changed the quality has improved a lot. Will come back next year.

Having been patronising this restaurant for more than 20 years it had gone down from the standard enjoyed but now that Antonio has once again taken control things are back to the original level of both excellent service and food. We just love this little bit of paradise for both the location and now once again the good food so... More

This is possibly the most attentive restaurant in Andalusia we've been to. Good service (Marcos), excellent prices for the well prepared dishes. We can recommend the place.

We stopped just for the ice cream and coffee. Had a table outside. The waiters were very friendly, atmosphere quite relaxed as it is supposed to be on a beach. The place is about 100 yards from the water. We liked it

We have been regulars here for the last ten years. Typically the food is simple and good with friendly service. The restaurant has just had an upgrade - it is a pity that the service and food has had a downgrade. Today we were sat at a table for over half an hour before anyone came near us and that... More

Great scene by the beach, but the food is ordinary and the service is under average, slow and uninterested. We had some clams and other seafood plates. The place is good for a beer, but nothing else.

We are locals and have been going there for about 20 years. Sorry to say what was once a bustling charming seaside place to get great seafood has become a big disappointment. The service comparable to a cheap burger joint.. Slow and careless. Some of the fish arrived cold and some certainly not fresh. The French fries...cold and soggy and... More

Great scenery, at the playa de la Cabria. You eat with the mediterranean at your feet! The food is delicious and good value for money. The fish here is very tasty and we came back for a second time to have the paella which was delicious and plenty. The staff here are very friendly as is the boss himself. We... More
