When my sister wanted to celebrate her birthday here I was doubtful as most large chain hotels are not known for the quality of its food; however this rotating restaurant atop the Hyatt Regency is a wonderful exception. For starters, the rotating view is wonderful...and the service by Daniel was superb. And then the food: extraordinary multigrain bread and Korean Buns with a sweet and spicy sauce. The desert was very good. This is one of the finest meals I have ever had in Atlanta and the wonderful service and views made it perfect!More

My husband I went for date night. Food was amazing, the slow rotation gave a nice of the city. We watched the sun set while eating dinner. Waitress was very knowledgeable and they change their menu every 6 weeks. Steak Oscar, didn’t even need a...knife for the steak!!!More

Disappointed in the quality of the food. Short rib appetizer was very tough and tasteless. Entree’s were good but not as good as expected. Flourless cake so so. Will not be back. I know all restaurants can have an off night but this seemed to...be a quality issue. For the prices they charge, the food should be much better. Views were great!More

This place is amazing. The atmosphere and decor are top notch. The food was visually stunning and the taste matched. It's the best meal I've had in awhile.

OMG. Great meal. Chef Andrea Pang is one of the best. The food was crazy good. The duck breast was amazing and went with the dirty rice and veggies perfectly. The steak was so tender and cook to perfection. The atmosphere and service by Natalia...was first class. I told chef Andrea her food is so good it’s leaves you wanting more. And I wish I could have had more. Anytime you are in Atlanta this is a place you should come for an amazing meal and a wonderful experience. Oh and I forgot the view is amazing. Thanks for a memorable night.More

Ask for Miles & Sean!!! The Polaris is amazing and the food is so good, but nothing tops off your night like the wonderful service and being treated like family by the ladies and gentlemen who you interact with at the Polaris.

Spectacular view of Atlanta city, great costumer service and hospitality, the food was very tasted and excellent presentation. The waiter was very kind at giving us touristic información about the area , also while proving desert on his own

Have been here twice in the last 2 months. Strongly recommend reservations, but you can sit at the bar without them. They have some odd rules with seating and many slots are usually reserved. The drinks are very good, and the food is excellent -...I had duck and my wife the filet and they were delicious. The service is only fair, but the view is nice and rotates constantly.More

We came in for a drink and appetizers. Lovely view and the food was well presented. The Bulgogi Mushroom Bao Buns were yummy, outranking the Southern Short Rib which was tough. Yet they made it right by taking it off our ticket. Great service! Worth...another visit.More
