Hell yeah. Beer and wings. What more can you ask for? The lemon pepper dry wings are damn fine. Pair it with a ice cold pitcher of brew and smile. Nice patio area to watch the people’s drift by. Cozy. It’s a bar. It had...beer ( a damn fine selection) and bar food. What more do you need?More

Much as I miss him I am glad to see the old elbow bender still going strong. Here’s to John Gault! Looks like the food had gotten better. But this is a PBR BAR. Cheap pitchers sold here. A lot of beer had gone over...the San since my last visit. I was glad to that they have upgraded the place and cleaned up their act. The sidewalk tables make a great sunny afternoon spot. It’s fun, service is great and the beer is cold, have a pitcher of the finestMore

Old school dive bar with such a good vibe. I went on a quiet Saturday afternoon and enjoyed a few cold beers and some tasty chicken wings. Service was good- they give you room to breathe. Great place to sit on your own or hang...with a group of friends.More

We were down for Spring Break (teachers). Home had been in the 40s and 50s, Atlanta was 80! This place was exactly what we were looking for! Casual, local and a great patio to enjoy a few beers in the sunshine. The food was good....We had a couple of burgers.More

Food was good, but the experience was ruined by the over disgust by employees for gay men & women. It rapidly became apparent that we were not welcome.

We love Moe’s and Joe’s. Bartenders Leo and Doug have become like family to us! I am also always surprised at the quality of the food! Though the menu features typical bar fare, I find it more appetizing than other traditional bar food. I love...the southwest egg rolls! And the highland burger, but with a chicken breast instead of a burger patty. All washed down with a $7 PBR pitcher- ya can’t beat it!!More

Not sure you can find a better bar than this anywhere. I have been many times in the past, but not for quite some time prior to a recent visit. I have always loved the place and am happy to report that it was better...than ever! Food was great and so were the beers. Don't expect a fancy dinner menu or some specialty cocktail... just spot on service, fantastic bar type food and a nice selection of beer. They have added liquor drinks, but PBR is definitely the headliner at this age old establishment and I recommend sticking with the classic. It is sad that Horace is no longer around to serve the patrons as he did for 50+ years. I am confident, however, that he would be pleased with today's version of Moe's & Joe's. It really is one of the finest bars anywhere in my opinion. I hope you can visit when in the area and hope you agree. I also hope I can return very soon!More

The staff was great and friendly. The beer was super cold but fyi they have a limited selection of gold rum. It was quiet enough that you could have a conversation but still lots of people watching action. The food around us looked great and...from conversations overheard they were locals. One fact we picked up from the bar tender: "they are the 7th largest PBR sales outlet in the nation". That says it all you have to agree.More

We went to Moe and Joe's when we were in Atlanta for the Palmer Cup. I love PBR and was not disappointed by the amazing historical Memorabilia. Really Great old pub. What I loved was the stories about Horrace McKinnie who worked at the pub...for 52 years serving PBR. The food was excellent. Highly recommend the Pimento Cheese BLT. It was AWESOME.More
