The vegetarian selections were great, the mac & cheese was terrific, greens, corn bread, pastas, squashes, all flavored with the most delicious vegan gravy I've ever had. Service is not exactly slow, it's just that the people who work there are of a certain laid-back type of personality who are cool and calm - at peace. The workers all dress... More

We usually frequent the Highland location. However, I decided to try the West End location. Not a good idea. The food was subpar, the bathroom needs to be updated. It was a Sunday, and it just seemed very unorganized. We arrived 20 mins. after they opened and we had to wait 20 mins. for collards. Hmmm.

This is my second visit to this location. The first time was ok. The food was good however the presentation is not so good. It appeared, again, that they were understaffed. It was very hot and humid. Selections were limited and again appeared overcooked and dry. We decided to leave and go to the 2nd location. It offers more options... More

I've tried to eat vegetarian, but I honestly just love meat. The bbq kalebone was pretty tasty, as well as the kale. I was not fond of the Mac & Cheese. The Cornbread and tropical punch was pretty tasty.

On a trip of the Southern US, this turned out to be one of the best places for vegetarian food we encountered. We had the "Kalebone" (apparently a Soul Vegetarian exclusive protein) sandwich and gyro, and salad for lunch. All excellent, both in flavor and texture. Highly recommended!

The flavor of the food has improved. The food sits under a hot lamp all day. This is interesting when you consider the price. The smoothies are amazing. They are made fresh, but you can purchase them ready made.

Apparently Soul Veg used to be very good. I went with my family who used go back in the day. The choices were slim, the presentation was not the best and the establishment was far from ideal. The food was pretty much all one consistency. I would try other vegetarian options.

This place seems to be falling apart or they always out of something. Not what it used to be. Plates and silverware are not what you really want to eat out of . Food has no presentation. Slapped on your plate like at home.

Both Soul Veg's in Atlanta are wonderful! This one is great for brunch or for their nightly buffet. They always have delicious vegan food that's priced well and is served in huge portions. It's a great option if you've eaten at the other Soul Veg and you'd like to try to some menu options that aren't regularly available at the... More
