Had a business lunch at Joey D's yesterday. I haven't eaten there in years since the owner of our company passed away. It was his favorite and we frequented Joey D's for many lunch/dinner business meals during his tenure as owner. I chose it as I had a meeting with someone in Dunwoody who "wasn't into chain restaurants" which was... More

Beautiful bar featuring every spirit known to man, garnished w good bar tends . The ambience is amber dark wood lit, and it can get quite noisy. This particular night we were early ,so no wait time. Wait person was entertaining and informative wth recommendations tailored to our tastes. Savored deeelicious oysters Rockefeller, and the filet steak salad, which we... More

I have been eating at this restaurant for years, and I love it here. The food is consistently good with many options available. I always order the cheesecake after my meal because it is so delicious! This is a beautiful venue with an impressive bar area that always catches my eye when I walk through the door. Also, they do... More

I have eaten at this place for a number of years and they are consistent. The food is actually pretty good, the service is ok and the atmosphere is good. They have a nice but crowded bar and a nice patio. The only major negative is that it can get quite noisy.

I'll start after we were seated. They got my drink order wrong twice. I ordered the Prime Rib with a salad. 10-15 min. later after everyone was eating their salad, the waiter informed me that they were out of Prime Rib. He left to bring me another menu. I ordered Mussels from the menu. Waiter said that Mussels were not... More

I've eaten at Joey D's for more than 25 years; I was working in the Perimeter Center area when they opened in 1990. The food is fantastic; I've never had anything there that wasn't. My favorite used to be the (to die for) Reuben, pilled higher than you can imagine with meat and slaw, but I've begun to appreciate their... More

On our hotel shuttle bus driver’s advice, our medium sized group made a point of ordering several extra honey-butter croissants. They were as good as she described, although a few of them were under baked, doughy rather than flaky. Our entrées were pretty standard fare. Many of us enjoyed generous portions of baby back ribs. I unfortunately ordered a “gigantic... More

This was recommended as a good bar with good food. The drinks were great and the selection of alcohol brands was extensive. The poor front of house service definitely got the visit off to a less than stellar start. The hostess ignored us while we waited for her to finish chatting with a waitress who was wearing a most inappropriately... More

This was the closet restaurant in walking distance to my hotel, definitely worth the walk. I had the lobster ravioli as appetizer and broiled salmon salad for meal. Both these entrees were outstanding, flavored, well seasoned and filling. Can't wait to go back next month . And even though I didn't drink the bar was a big hit for those... More
