I would recommend this restaurant. From the time I entered the place and was greeted with an awesome hostess, she led us to our table and all 6 of us enjoyed the food. Most of us had the fried chicken and yes, it was awesome. I also enjoyed the greens, black eye peas, cornbread, biscuits and muffins. Salad bar is... More

I had always heard of Pitty Pat's Porch so a large group of us decided to go and give it a try. They were very busy so we had a long wait. The wait continued through the meal. While the waiter was kind, the service was very slow. The salad bar is awesome as are their sides. The atmosphere was... More

My fiancé and I made our annual visit to PittyPat's Porch for lunch before the SEC Championship game. We ordered the buffet and I was disappointed in the quality of the meal. The fried chicken was not warm and some of the other items on the buffet were not up to the usual standards I have come to expect from... More

The meals although expensive were really nice and has a range of variety and choice. There is a buffet salad bar to help yourself and also have as a side for the main course. On the night we visited we had a live pianist playing as we were eating. Nice atmosphere and the food and reviews are great and authentic.

This was probably one of my favorite places to eat at in Atlanta. I honestly could not believe how great it was and I was actually dreading going because I didn't think there would be anything I would/could eat. That wasn't true. I had the fried chicken with mashed potatos, and I don't eat a lot of chicken, nor do... More

This place has been around fir years. Still good but not the same as 20-30 years ago. Excellent salad bar and good Southern dishes. Service was excellent. There are some stairs to climb and an excellent piano player.

Description
Downtown Atlanta's Oldest Southern Dining restaurant since 1967. We are a "Gone With the Wind" themed restaurant, a place where the characters presence are felt from the menu to the overall decor to the memorabilia on the walls. We have created a menu of Southern classics that have been enjoyed by groups large and small from the moment we opened our doors. Dishes such as, Aunt Pittypat's Fried Chicken, 12 Oaks BBQ Ribs, Georgia Catfish, just to name a few. Our menu also includes delicious appetizers and tempting desserts made fresh in our bakery daily. We have a full bar, plus draft beer by local breweries and a Specialty Drink menu to wet your whistle. So come on by and let us show you our Southern Hospitality!
