This was a unique place, with the low and pillow seating. The belly dancers come out for a sexy and fun show. The food is very generous and its fun to have the different courses come out.

I'm a native, born in the city limits of Atlanta. I've grown up not too far from the Imperial Fez and in my 69 years have never been there. Now I know why. Its a tourist trap. I went to a dinner for about 60 people. Yeah, the hype is the Moroccan atmosphere and eating with your fingers. The food... More

A very elaborately decorated restaurant, themed to resemble a Sultan's tent complete with belly dancers for entertainment. We had a five course Moroccan meal which was very tasty. We were with a large group and everyone enjoyed the food, entertainment and ambiance.

Great experience for a family birthday party for my husband's 50th birthday. Food was expensive. Ambiance and belly dancers were good. Appetizers, soup, and hot tea were the best. Lamb was fair. Waitress was terrific and very helpful. Overall good experience.

Wanted food we couldn't get at home and we got it. Went for the Friday night couscous dinner for $30. Had lamb with the couscous. It was a five course meal that was fabulous. Leader came by with warm water to wash your hands before the meal and after. Before working the waiter sprinkled with rosewater told you to making... More

I had never eaten Morrocan food before. I thought the food was decent but I loved the atmosphere. Very fun place to hang out. With the sitting on the floor, eating with your hands, and the belly dancers I would definitely go back.

Celebrated our 39th Anniversary with a 5 course dinner, which is the main menu feature. Variety of entrées to chose and we went with the lamb shank and mixed seafood. The herbs used in preparation of the foods are varied and result in a pleasurable meal. One of the best we have had in some time. We could not eat... More

Be prepared to leave your shoes (optional) and your worries at the door when you dine at Imperial Fez! First things first, ask your hostess you want to remove your shoes, and get ready to relax and eat with your fingers (Silverware available at your table) this traditional Moroccan restaurant encourages you to do as the Moroccans do. As you settle into the benches and soft pillows, your server will explain the customs and traditions that they observe at this unique restaurant. To begin, your server will bring a Tass (a silver hand-washing kit) and gently pour warm water scented with lemon to allow you to wash your hands at the table, and will give you a clean towel to keep on your left shoulder. Your server will explained the menu and the order of the meal, take your order and your journey will truly began as Chef Rafih Benjelloun and his wife Chef Rita Benjelloun work on their culinary magic. At Imperial Fez, the "happy drink" is called The Marrakech. It's a fruity beverage of multiple spirits and juices that will undoubtedly leave you feeling just that - happy. Nightly entertainment starts around 7:30pm. The belly dancers bring energy and life to the quiet restaurant and complete your Moroccan experience! For anyone willing to go beyond the norm, an evening at Imperial Fez can be a full night of pleasure for the mind, the body, and the spirit. "I want them to walk away better than they came in," explains chef Benjelloun.
